All good. Jane Olver & staff all v lovely. Skin tag in eyelashes & old chalazion removed straight away after I sought consultation. Expert & wouldn't hesitate to recommend. All healing well.

Absolutely 💯 percent happy with the care I was given. Polite and considerate staff at all times. My consultation with Jane Olver, she had put me at ease, very polite, professional and at the same time very caring, they checked my eye pressure before consultation, right from beginning I was taken care of with great profession and care. Couldn't praise them enough.

Staff is welcoming and caring and Ms Tessa Fayers is a great doctor/surgeon. She managed to successfully restore the functionality of the lacrimal drainage system, which is a tremendous relief, after suffering with discomfort and frequent/recurrent infections for more than 6 years. The whole experience was outstanding, and the results are excellent. I highly recommend Clinica London and Ms Tessa Fayers.

Thank you to all the staff and Ms Tessa Fayers for removing the unsightly chalazion I had before I had to go on an important film shoot! Really assuring and thorough work, and helpful with follow up too.

Very friendly and professional clinic. Saw Jane Olver who listened to my concerns, offered brilliant advice and the possible treatment options. Treatment has been fantastic, all the staff make you felt very comfortable at all times and the professionalism of Jane Olver is excellent.

I was put at complete ease talking to my surgeon before the operation.
A nurse prepared me for what was going to happen and explained that the injections would be the worst part for me. In fact, they were no different from ordinary injections, and, moreover, they worked brilliantly.
The surgeon tucked me in with a blanket which was both comforting and a little amusing. The operation was painless throughout. All I had to do was lie back, sit up when asked and reply to an occasional question - everything else was deftly performed by the surgeon and nurse.
Just after two hours later, my eyes were padded and I was led into another room to rest and eat my lunch. A nurse gave me verbal and written information as to how I was to take care of my eyes in the coming weeks along with all the necessary medication. The surgeon checked me before holding a mirror to my eyes and allowing my home. I looked horrendous by normal standards but was entirely comfortable as I walked to the car for our journey home and have been comfortable ever since.
The team who looked after me was absolutely first class and I’m hoping to look like an oil-painting eyes in the near future…..
