Everything except the trust recording works fine. What no one ever explained to me was that once a payment is made by credit card, I have to go into the the client's general account and transfer it to the matter to which it belongs. The result is that, while the dashboard shows correct amounts, if I print a bill it shows all of the escrow deposits which have not been applied properly, so the amount is much higher than it should be.
Also, the report titles could be a little clearer, and I can't always create the report I want.

Our commercial business firm has been using Clio Manage since January 2019. We have experienced many of the changes, updates, and growth initiatives Clio has launched of the past 5 years. Clio has a focus on providing approachable legal tech that answers real-world problems for their users. The customer support from Clio is always top-notch and we have experienced no significant down time in the past 5 years.

I love working in Clio it is user friendly and tutorials are offered for free on how to complete any task you might have some questions about.

If that didn't help they do have a bot service and a great customer service line that are always willing to assist with your needs.

The program is easy to use and we are able to track the progress of our income easily. Setting up client accounts is easy. The billing program is suitable for all of our clients.

The online service can be slow and the desktop app is very glitchy. The reports function needs a lot of work. Also, how is there no little red indicator for tasks the way that communications has?

Although it is not perfect, (for example, telephone numbers do not format xxx-xxx-xxxx), Clio has been tremendously helpful to my practice. It is easy to use and has all the information at your fingertips.

it is easy to navigate and find what is needed. Isolated searches are great and to find.

I love CLIO. I cant say enough great things about it. It isnt perfect but pretty darn close. It is a time saver for this one man show.

Ease of ise and unparalleled customer service and support

The ease of using Clio is fantastic. The Clio Manage site is intuitive. The data tabs and commands are arranged in a logical and clear manner. And beyond the functionality of the site, the information that I'm able to enter, arrange and retrieve makes the responsibilities attendant to being a lawyer so much easier to fulfill.

The Clio program is essential for keeping track of our clients and related parties to each case. The calendaring program is extremely valuable and we rely on it on a daily basis. The task program helps us to manage and monitor assignments that have been delegated to our staff. The Clio program has transformed our practice by making it more efficient and better organized.

Easy to use practice management system for a very reasonable monthly fee

Clio is a necessary part of my practice. It has allowed me to really increase my productivity hugely.
