Five Stars if some features/functions are added
There are some features that just make sense to have, but for some reason Clio does not include them. Clio may grow into them eventually. But the tech support is top notch. Everyone I speak with either has an answer immediately or is able to locate one quickly.

The calendar is great
The calendar is great! It is all I use; I have not figured out how to use the other features. However, that is not really a problem; I am a solo practitioner, so I do not have complicated office-type situations.

Clio is user-friendly and mostly intuitive. Some of the add-on apps are difficult to navigate/integrate, and it is also difficult to get in touch with an actual person. The tutorials are great and very helpful for onboarding new employees with questions. The reports generation feature could use some work, or more direction, but my overall experience is positive, and I would refer it to a friend.
Time Saver
Clio helps me keep organized and saves me significant amounts of time. My only complaint is that has been slow of late, especially when using the "Matter" window to open a different case. The wait is sometimes annoying, but overall a great product.

Clio is convenient and easy to use. If there is a problem or question and you contact them, they are really good about helping. I don't know how we practiced before, but it has made everything simplier and quicker.
We cannot use the add-in for emailâŠ
We cannot use the add-in for email because we use a proxy server. Also, some features take more steps than are necessary to accomplish a task. For instance, it would be helpful if a task would follow on the calendar until it is marked completed. I have requested several things be sent to development, but have never received a response to know if any have been acted upon.

Overall a very good, easy to use, intuitive case and client management tool. They NEED significant improvement to their report options and improvement to their data input screens.

Clio is user friendly, easy to set up and customize, and the company has an excellent support system to walk you through every obstacle that may arise. We have been using Clio for over 5 years and cannot imagine how we survived without it!
Clio is operationally a good product
Clio is operationally a good product. The reporting is lacking and not very flexible. As an outside accountant, the inability to have one logon to get to all my clients is a major dissatisfier.
Most of the program is very helpful
Most of the program is very helpful, however, there are probably a few things that need to be changed/updated. Example: the issue date on draft invoices--need to be able to do a "mass" update when needing to change the issue date and due dates on the draft invoices.
A Great Product with Growth Potential!
What the company excels at is its customer service and short wait times. I do not like the "meeting" days when all hands on deck are not taking calls - that is so annoying. I would recommend splitting the staff for meeting times so there is no impact to the customer.
Currently working with a firm that is not 100% in bed with Clio meaning there are redundant systems used outside of Clio. Clio Reports are a little frustrating but I have adapted and use the scheduler to deliver them to me each morning for oversight - data is extremely reliable.
I'd like to see more customizations that are user friendly. This is a great product for the solo to small to medium-sized firm. I have experience in case management software and have shared knowledge at state bar associations.
I believe more customer input turnaround with ideas would be an asset.
