Absolutely the most user unfriendlyâŠ
Absolutely the most user unfriendly service I've ever used. Each time I log in I have to set up a new password. It lets me access the mail/doc and the next day will not accept the password.
It's a terribly aggravating service.
I would not recommend to anyone.

Sure wish I could give zero stars. Using Clio.com is the worst thing you could do if you need to manage data. In short, "data management" is not part of Clio.com. They have no clue as to who their customer is, and they don't care to learn. My grade school kids could do better.

What a waste of money
After I sold my mid size law firm and started a solo practice, I went to Clio, much to my regret. Manage is a useable, if basic, platform you can use to maintain files, keep time, and get bills out. Grow is an absolute waste of time and money. It does not integrate well with other software and glitches all the time, making its best feature, the automated intake process, basically useless. Whatever you do, do not let them ever talk you into buying Grow. It is a total waste of money, Also avoid paying for premium support. It is basically also useless. I spend a lot of time on hold and get little to no help. I greatly regret my purchase and discourage others from this product.

What made this transition easier was Jess' approach. She guided us through the process and because we were wary, we decided to take three months to complete the transition. It took us longer than that and Jess was patient, assistive and good humored throughout! She is a fine example of someone whom a company can put on the frontline as an exceptional representative. I like that the software is user-friendly, but there are a few kinks to work out
I like that the software is user-friendly and helpful in storing all necessary data for client management. My only issue is with formatting notes and calendar descriptions, as in there is a lack of formatting options for notes, and calendar details/descriptions lose their spacing and formatting after saving the event on the calendar.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. After trying my best to use the Clio platform for about a month, it just was not working for me. It could not do what I needed it to do. When I cancelled the service, they refused to refund any of my money. Clio has kept a yearâs worth of my money ($4,300.00) for a 4 week trial usage. Iâve been requesting a refund, even just a pro-rated partial refund, for 5 months now. Crickets! They wonât even respond to my emails. I actually think they blocked me. Thatâs what I would call the worst customer service I have ever had - ever! If you are thinking about buying Clio, my only advise to you is make sure you 100% love it before you pay penny.
