I have a 10/year old Cat that has started wanting to be fed at 4am. I purchased the catmate two bowl feeder. My cat took to it right away. I bought 2 extra ice packs and two extra food dishes. I now set it up with his wet food so I can golf or go out to eat with friends and I don’t have to worry about getting home to feed him. Timer is easy to set, dishes are wide and easier for him to eat from than his old bowls. I’m happy and my cat is happy.

I just wanted to share my experience with Closer Pets and the MiBowl+.  I spent nearly $600 on two feeders and the hub only to find out that they don’t work with my cats HomeAgain microchip.  if you read their refund policy, you’ll see that they do not offer refunds if the product was used, however, following the manufacturer instructions, it informs you to use a training mode which requires you to place food in the feeder. Once you do that you product is no longer eligible for a refund. in the event, you did not use food and bypass the training you will be required to pay the return shipping in order to get a partial refund. I caution you on purchasing this product and would have you consider a different option just based on the customer service and refund policy. I chose this brand specifically because of its ability to read a microchip and not require the animal to wear a collar with a very large tag. I was informed by customer service that if the microchip didn’t work that I would need to use the tag and teach my cat how to wear a collar. If this product is going to be marketed in the United States, then it should work with microchip brands that are placed in animals in the United States. It doesn’t.

I was offered a refund if I mailed the machines back- that cost over $50 to do. Order from amazon so you can get free returns if the product doesn’t work with your animals chip.

I had a downspout previously but the pump was not strong enough. I purchased another,elsewhere and kitties were not happy. I saved the old one,don't ask me why, but it had the name on it so I googled you and found what I wanted. I suspect that ou will be getting orders from my relatives. Kitties are so happy and so am I

Effective feeder for our Ragdoll cat who gets fed 4 times daily. Although we haven’t been gone for that long, it’s good to know she won’t miss a meal if we’re gone for several hours. It will accommodate up to 4 meals per day and easy to program times. I love the stainless steel bins for healthier use and the flexibility of using wet or dry food.

Love the feeder! Super easy to program, insert the meals in and wash! Love the option for stainless steel bowls and multiple meals for my girls that eat 4x per day. Thank you!

I was pleased to see the addition of stainless steel insert bowls and ice packs on the website when I was considering getting a second MiBowl for my cat. She did eventually start to eat some dry food occasionally from the first feeder I purchased, but I was concerned about using it for wet food which is her preference over dry. Well, I purchased a second unit, a 2 pack of stainless steel bowls and 2 ice packs. It took less than 2 days of putting her into the feeder to open to show her that there was wet food inside. She has already used it to access wet food at night and during the day when I am at work. This is so important considering her medical conditions. I purchased two ice packs so I can have one chilling during the night and one during the day. My 16-year-old girl can now graze as much as she needs to, I don't have to rush home from work to feed her and one of my other cats cannot eat all the food! I am so, so happy and she is not hungry all day!

I was able to get an email when my item was back in stock and then it came very quickly in the mail.

I have been looking to replace the dog flap that was on my dog door and was very happy to see you had it. I was pleased with how fast it came. I will be ordering a couple more because in our cold weather it has cracked and then broke a couple of times.

I got the package and the correct product in a timely manner. Unfortunately I may have to return it as they don’t fit the door they were ordered for.
