The product was exactly as described
The product was exactly as described. I love the cat door that only allows my cat to come in. The little tag that goes on the cat collar is small and doesn't bother my cat. The door works very well. It brings me so much peace to know that no other neighborhood cats will be coming in the house! Thank you, Closer Pets.

Poor communication.
I received a prompt response to an emailed question about a problem I have with their product, but it didn’t address the question.
Also, tracking information indicates that the item I ordered has not yet been shipped…five days after I received an email saying that it had been and two days after I would have received it if it had been.
Overall I would say their communication style is like a quick puff of hot air.

Great Cat Feeder
The feeder I ordered is great for spacing out meals for a cat that needs to be fed every few hours. It is easy to setup. I'm just now ordering a new one after 5 or 6 years with the last one. Additionally, the shipping was exceptionally fast. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend Closer Pets to anyone needing an automated feeder.

Great customer service
Great customer service. When the order came through to them, they realize that one of the accessories we bought for the doggie door did not work for that door. They called us to let us know. Email me the appropriate accessories and the door together. Canceled the wrong order so I can replace it correctly. That was so much better than me getting it, and realizing it was wrong and having to return it.

We received a European plug when Chew…
We received a European plug when Chew sent. Chewy investigated where I could purchase a US plug and referred me to Closer Pets. Ordered on line and received in a very reasonable amount of time. I haven’t tried it out yet as my grand puppies went home. They will not be back till May. I’ll keep you posted.

Very slow shipping.
It has been nine days since my order was confirmed, and it is apparently still sitting in Avenel, New Jersey -- which is a long way from San Marcos, Texas. I'm sure the product is fine, but the shipping time is too slow. The cat door I ordered is actually a replacement for an existing door, and I needed it right away.
