Changed the website and lost all my


Changed the website and lost all my loyalty points. Company usually great until you have a dodgy one and then don't want to know.

Hi Andy, the website was ready to be switched over for months but we gave plenty of time for customers to use up there points and we sent email campaigns to customers reminding to use up points. Unfortunately we don’t have any system in place to transfer points. There’s not much we could do in this situation.

Best vape company I’ve ever used! Never ever had an issue and been buying for over 2 years! Always respond to every email/message i send also!

Excellent service

The prices are very competitive and lower than other sites that I've looked at. Very fast delivery. Very pleased with everything.

Always on point. If any issues occur, customer service resolves them rapidly. Only been using CloudKings for around 2 months now & Will continue using them :)

Great customer service as every detail is sent in an email to inform me when items have been dispatched and on the way.
