We booked our cab 3 hours beforehand
We booked our cab 3 hours beforehand. The time it was due it did not come. We phoned, was told ten minutes. Still no cab. Cab came 30 minutes later. No apologies just laughter. Very rude. Will not be using this unprofessional company again. Also the driver had very poor hygiene, he stunk the cab out.

The driver was very professional
The driver was very professional, polite and extremely helpful also new his way around the roads perfectly, on time and no problem at all when I had to call to ask for a later pick up at short notice, one very happy customer,

Prompt and efficient service
Taxi turned up very quickly and driver called me to confirm their ETA. The text message with the tracking of the taxi and driver's details was really useful. Our taxi driver was polite and professional.

Don’t trust arrival time, and give directions!

This is the worst experience of my…
This is the worst experience of my life, I can't believe there is such a rude taxi driver in the UK, starting to say some ugly things before I get in the car, on the way to my house I said It went wrong, halfway through He wanted me to get out of the car, and said that I gave the wrong address, and that he managed to have him deliver it to my door. He also asked me for more money and scolded me. I don’t even know that he is still a person?
