I have been seeing Daniella for over 3 months and she has been fantastic! She is so knowledgeable and an expert in what she does, she has helped vastly improve my mobility, strength and also confidence.
I have a long term health condition which reduces my mobility which the NHS hasn’t been able to help me with, but Daniella was excited to help me with rehabilitation. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!

I received a very effective and soothing sports massage from Megan.
Megan is a very friendly, helpful and efficient person.
She is always checking that the treatment is at the correct level/firmness.
Overall a very good experience.

Everyone at the clinic is friendly, helpful and really listens to focus on the problem. I’ve received acupuncture and physio from Daniela and had sports massages from Megan for many months now - both of them are fantastic at what they do whilst being lovely to work with. I’ve seen a very noticeable change in my pain and movement since going here.

Chanelle was friendly and very professional, she explained everything in detail to me. I could feel her working away at all of my knots in my back. I left feeling light and relaxed. I have already booked in for my next massage with her

I was in constant pain with knotted muscles in my left shoulder along with "pins & needles" in my left hand due to disc problems in my neck. Thanks to Apurva, I'm now free of pain. She has really helped me recover. She is an excellent physiotherapist.

I had a pain in the bottom of my left foot for months. I decided to give acupuncture a try and found Backcare and acupuncture clinic.

From the moment I walked in for my first appointment to the last all staff have been pleasant, friendly and professional.

Daniella was amazing, patient and knowledgable. I have to admit there were times when I thought this wouldn’t work but she kept saying it would. She clearly knows what she’s talking about as today I am pain free and running again.

The aura of the centre is full of good and positive energy created and maintained by staff which clearly contributes to a quick recovery.

I hope I never have to use the centre again but if I do I totally will.

Well I never thought I could walk properly again, until I met Apurva. She gave me 1 session to see what my problem was..then recommended 10 sessions in total for her to work her magic on me...I'm now on session 8 tomorrow. I've been given massage, acupuncture and 2 sessions of cupping on me back...and I can walk again. No tablets needed, but I'll be honest if I do too much I need the tablets, but I'm trying not to take them. If it wasn't for the guys being so polite and friendly I would probably be waiting for the NHS still. It's well worth the money and I'd recommend Apurva with me back anytime.

On my first visit to the sutton clinic I was in so much pain and I could hardly walk.
My first session with Apurva was amazing she was so warm and friendly and she made me feel comfortable right away. I have had 2 sessions a week for 8 weeks and I can now say she has done an amazing job. I have had acupuncture massages and cupping therapy. Nothing is too much trouble for all the team they are all pleasent and polite and it has been an amazing journey. Thank You all at BAC from Rebecca.

I initially got treated by Paul for the first few sessions, then moved on to Daniella for the for the last 4 months.

I attended 2 sessions a week for 3 months.
1 session a week for 1 month.
Now down to once a month visits for maintenance.

I went in to the clinic with no warranting pain, just a knee issue for whenever I go hiking which stems from a misaligned pelvis I later found out.

All this time I was trying to do stretches before my walks and was wondering why I was still experiencing this pain. Daniella and Paul were able to understand where the knee pain arose from and targeted that area whilst also correcting/ensuring that my posture and back were in a healthy condition.

After 2 months I was back up and hiking with no visible knee pain.
After 3 months my entire back and Pelvis were completely realigned.
Can't thank the team and especially Daniella any more than I already have and would highly recommend!

I am currently just over halfway through my treatment for a very stiff back in 3 places which has led to incorrect posture and a very limited range of movement, particularly on my right hand side. Before Daniela started her amazing treatment on me, i used to wake with a very stiff and heavy neck. This has completely gone. With acupuncture, deep massaging and some home exercises, the heavy neck has gone and i feel so much more upright and lighter. Daniela has made me so much more aware of my posture and given me handy tips to put into action whilst working at a desk for long periods in the day. I am very grateful for Daniela's amazing efforts to fix me. All the staff i have come into contact with are ever so friendly and patient. Thank you Daniela and team.

I have visited the Walsall Clinic for about 4 Months now and my back is 100% recovered. Johnathan talked me through the treatment initially, we agreed a target date for my comeback to run in a 10k event. This I managed to achieve, thanks to the treatment I received at the clinic. Thankyou.

I have been visiting them for over a year. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain. Megan is amazing, she always checks if the pressure is ok and manages to find the exact point that requires work without me having to say. All the staff there are friendly and I would highly recommend their services.

I have been visiting the Backcare and Acupuncture clinic regularly. What an amazing place all staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have Acupuncture with Daniela. We have worked on my posture massively it has improved so much and I am more aware of it thanks to Daniela. I have regular sports massages with Megan which are great she is firm and gets to the problem always checking the pressure is OK. It is also very relaxing. I would highly recommend both Daniela and Megan.

Thank You to all the team at BAC Sutton Coldfield. Five years have lapsed since I first attended BAC. This team have restored my natural range of motion, through various courses of treatments. Maintenance of excellent physical health and wellbeing is of utmost importance, and my regular massage sessions have aided in this quest, coupled with the execution of the bespoke exercise plan devised by BAC. I’ve been using the clinic for 5 months and can honestly say I’m feeling the benefit of having a regular sports therapy massage, the staff are excellent. 5

I have been going to the Backcare and Acupuncture Clinic in Sutton Coldfield for about a year. I went initially with a problem in my neck and reduced movement in my upper arm which was painful and disturbing my sleep at night. They are an amazing group of people. They make you feel welcome as soon as you speak to them. After an initial telephone conversation I was asked to attend an appointment with Danella where she examined me and listened to what I saw as my problems. From there she put a plan into action which consisted of manipulation, acupuncture and exercises to complete at home. I have never looked back and now have a regular manipulation every 6 weeks with Megan to keep on top of things as stress seems to find it’s way to my shoulders and neck. All the staff are polite courteous and nothing is too much trouble. I don know where I’d be without their continued help.

I cannot compliment or thank Apurva at the BAC clinic enough. I went to the clinic in desperate trouble with back problems and arthritis problems in the knees and legs. I can now walk and live a more normal life all thanks to this professional and caring lady. Many thanks Sharon Cooper.

Friendly staff. Very professional at all time. Very accommodating. Have their customers at heart.
Always assuring that you as a customer understand the what the treatment is for looking at what they want you to achieve as an end goal.
Every appointment I was made welcome by the receptionist to been made comfortable by my consultant.
In terms of time and appointments they will work to your schedule and I find that the cost for treatment is great value.
My experience was not just a one-off, but have had to several sessions starting from weekly to forthrightly to once a month as I am gaining strength from my treatment and homework (exercise).
