Have been going to Daniela for quite some time now. She is extremely professional and explains everything as we progress. Have been in crisis a few times and have always been fitted in. The reception staff are so delightful and pleasant to everyone on phone and in person. I would recommend this service without a doubt. Thank you everyone.

I have been a patient for the last couple of years and have always received excellent treatment when in crisis with my back as well as preventative care.

I had a mild stroke as well as an accident where I damaged my knee recently and Daniela has been amazing with aiding my recovery. Daniela was able to pinpoint where the root of my problem was, with me not realising how my presenting condition was affecting other parts of my body, therefore providing the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Daniela is a consummate professional. It’s not about trying to have unnecessary treatment, it’s about the right treatment. Daniela tells you exactly what she is doing, making sure you are comfortable at all times. Daniela also gives preventative advice as well as exercises to help with the treatment she administers.

Daniela at every treatment session checked on my progress to make sure the treatment was working or if changes were needed.

The main focus is on improving your health and supporting you to do so going forward.

I cannot praise Daniela and the team enough. From the moment you enter the Clinic, where the staff greets you like old friends, through to being treated, you feel calm, relaxed and safe. Their whole focus is on making sure you are okay no matter whether you’re in tremendous pain where you can barely walk or need some advice on something you know doesn’t feel right, but are not sure what it is - if that makes sense!!!🙂

All of the staff that I have met or spoken to are professional and polite. I had a very painful left shoulder which after having consulted with two previous physiotherapists did not alleviate the issue. I then turned to acupuncture and tried BAC. I had a lovely therapist named Rastislav or Rasti as he is more commonly known. Rasti was focused and carefully diagnosed the problem as being a frozen shoulder. With a series of treatments which included acupuncture, pressure and careful manipulation - two months later - I can now happily move my shoulder normally. I am so pleased because it wasn’t something that should have been left without treatment. I did the right thing. Without a doubt Rasti knew what he was doing. It was the first time I had acupuncture treatment. I was put at ease from day one and with each treatment was fully informed of what the plan was and assessed for improvements. I absolutely fully recommend this Clinic. Rasti and the clinical staff are clear and honest with ailments and treatments which may best suit you. A big heartily thank you Rasti.

Daniela at Paul Clusker in Sutton Coldfield has helped me so much over the last few weeks. I attended the clinic after suffering for a number of years with lower back pain and bursitis. Daniela arranged a treatment plan for me and over the weeks I have noticed a great improvement with my mobility. I no longer need to take as many painkillers during the day/night. I can't praise Daniela highly enough. She is so knowledgable about my condition and she explains in detail what treatment she is doing and why. She is very empathetic. She is patient. She is "wonderful" and a credit to the practice. The support staff are lovely too they are always so friendly and polite. I have been seeing Daniela since a bad attack of sciatica in 2022. She got me through that with a well thought out plan and non stop advice and help. Since then I have returned for regular well being check ups and have recently under gone more help after having issues with my glute. I haven't made things easy for her due to my ultra running schedule and the demands I put on my body. Daniela has all the answers though and what she has taught me about my body has been invaluable. You are never left feeling like you're just another patient, she makes you feel like you're always her priority and that's a very endearing trait. She is available for help anytime and I can't recommend her highly enough. In fact, so much so that, my wife also visits her for a shoulder issue.

I have been having treatment with Daniela Ceausu which consists of osteopathy and acupuncture which is helping immensely with my pain due to arthritis. Daniela is very professional and always keeps you informed on what to expect she makes you feel very comfortable and is very respectful.
All the staff are lovely and always try to book your treatment to fit in with your schedule. I highly recommend the back care and acupuncture clinic if you are suffering from any pain as it’s not just back pain that they have helped me with then give them a try. Daniela has magic hands

I had an appointment and met Paul and Rasti we talked about my sciatica problem my life style and any other health conditions. Paul noticed how much I was in pain and started treatment straight away. I had several more appointments with Rasti who once the pain had gone he started to correct my posture. I also had exercises I could do at home. I can't praise enough for the welcome and treatment received thank you all.

I booked an emergency appointment with the fabulous Apurva Singh following a risky decision to move a heavy box at work which caused a slipped disc. I could barely walk (had to crawl to the bathroom at one point) and was in intense pain. I was assessed by Apurva and after only 2 sessions of acupuncture twice a week and gentle massage/exercises I was able to return to work relatively pain free. Over the following 4 sessions I became totally pain free. At the beginning of treatment I felt I would never be pain free again, so I can’t recommend the back clinic highly enough and would urge anyone with similar problems to attend this practice. Daniela is very experienced and knowledgeable, I’ve had 11 sessions for a painful frozen shoulder, it is now 90% better and nearly pain free, I would definitely recommend this clinic

I have been receiving acupuncture treatment from Daniella for a few weeks now and the reduction it has made to the pain I experience is huge. I have fibromyalgia and because of this, I experience high levels of pain every day, across my body.
I’ve felt improvements in my jaw, neck, shoulders arms and hands and I still have a programme of treatment to complete
I felt a reduction in pain after the first session and things just get better every time I attend.
Daniella devised a personalised plan for me and I can’t tell you how good it felt that through a quick quick and easy consultation, someone just ‘got it’ straight away, understanding exactly what I am going through. I went to the clinic with an issue with my right shoulder after a fall. Daniella assessed my issues and set up a treatment plan. The improvements have been amazing. Nothing is to much trouble for them, whether it is answering questions or changing appointments.
They are extremely professional and very friendly and approachable.

I have been coming to Johnathon for several months and cannot recommend him or his service enough. When I first came I was in severe pain with my back and leg and unable to do my job as a bricklayer. After just a few sessions I was back at work and able to do my job. His support has been invaluable.

Having used the practice for back pain previously they were my go to when i needed assistance following a bout of Bells Palsy. All the staff are great but a shout out to Apurva who did a sterling job speeding up my recovery.

I have visited Paul for over 30 years on and off with different aches and pains. Mostly back, shoulders and hips. He has always been a great listener and put me back together with a series of manipulation and acupuncture then followed up by stretches and exercises and always a kind heart.

The entire staff are very friendly..helpful. They take time to ask questions about your issue and take their time with you.
They dont rush you and it has been my 3 session and I gotten some relief.

I've used Paul's services for back pain only twice, but 18 years apart. Both occasions I experienced very quickly (over a couple of weeks) pain that was restricting my daily life to something that was manageable, to something that eventually disappeared totally.
