Ho avuto un problema con dei componenti del mio articolo. Mi sono stati sostituiti senza problemi. Soddisfatto di come hanno risolto il tutto.

I ordered the portable Carpet Cleaner machine. When I received it, the wand looked like it was used (scratches, dirty, worn, water on it, etc). In addition, there were no directions on how to use the machine. I immediately contacted them through email. They replied asking for videos/pics and they sent me videos on how to use the machine. After watching their videos I learned this was NOT a carpet cleaner but a shop vac. I emailed them back with my video and pictures (of the used wand) and also explained to them that I purchased this machine with the understanding that it would CLEAN carpets but it does not. I said i would like to return everything. I have emailed them 4 times and have yet to get a response. I tried calling them many times but every time I call i get the message, "call party is temporarily unavailable. please try your call later." If i ever hear back from this company, I will revise this review; however, I would say loud and clear STAY AWAY from purchasing anything from this company because clearly they do not stand behind their products, they have no customer service, and they do not honor their return policy.
