La sudadera muy bonita. La calidad está bien. La entrega todo perfecto.

La peor marca que he conocido nunca. Las sudaderas no tienen nada que ver con las de la web, ni el color ni la calidad y las tallas. No corresponden con nada y no aceptan devoluciones. Hagas lo que hagas te van a cobrar 10€ más extra. Tardan muchísimo en llegar y si te intentas meter en el seguimiento del envío no te aparece nada. Tardan muchísimo a contestar los emails y te dan largas todo el tiempo. No le recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo comprar en esta marca. Una estrella porque no me deja poner 0.

Hice un pedido y solicité una cambio de talla de la S a la M y se negaron. NO HACEN DEVOLUCIONES. Vaya tienda online que no hace devoluciones. No quería que me devolvieran el dinero solamente cambiar de talla.
No compraré nunca más y transmitiré mi enfado a mis amigos y familiares para que ni visiten la página

Tardaron un montón en enviar la sudadera y cuando quise devolverla se negaron diciendo que tenía descuento. Es una política de devoluciones penosa y se debe denunciar!!

Ich habe Hoodies im Wert von 73 € gekauft. Nachdem sie mir nicht passten, habe ich sie zurück geschickt. Ich habe auch bei DHL nachverfolgen können, dass die Rücksendung angekommen ist. Trotz sechs Mails mit der Bitte um Erstattung meinerseits habe ich kein Geld von Coastbcn zurückerhalten. Alles, was sie angeboten haben, waren Gutscheine. Um das Geld zurückzubekommen müsste ich klagen. Ich schätze sie kalkulieren damit, dass niemand diesen Schritt für eine derart kleine Summe geht.

From my own experience, the quality of the print on hoodies is poor, as well as the material (which is published as high-quality cotton but is definitely not. It is probably polyester).
Buy under no circumstances.

Meine Bestellung für 99€ kam heute an,

die Qualität der Hoodies ist sehr schlecht, der Schnitt ist schlecht, und der Pulli wirkt eher wie ein billiger New Yorker Pulli.
Das allerdings allein ist nicht das Problem, sondern:

Return kostet 16€?! Unnd ist NICHT möglich, weil der Pulli von 66€ auf 45€ reduziert wurde, und auf der Seite steht das man dann keinen Return machen kann, Geld ist weg, Qualität ist schrott, bin sehr enttäuscht, keine Empfehlung.

Ik heb exact een maand geleden 2 Hoodies besteld en ze zijn nog steeds niet binnen. Heb wel een tracking nummer gekregen maar die geeft al een maand aan dat die in transit is en dhl geeft aan dat het pakketje bij hun nog niet ontvangen is. Ik had na 3 weken een mail gestuurd en ik kreeg ook daar als antwoord dat het pakketje in transit is met in de mail beschreven dat er nog een tracking nummer zou staan, maar der stond geen tracking nummer. 5 dagen geleden heb ik nog een mail gestuurd en nog steeds geen antwoord op. Na het lezen van andere reviews ben ik bang dat ik gewoon opgelicht ben en ben ik meer dan 70 euro kwijt.

Compre una sudadera para un regalo de cumple por importe de 44,90€ (la web publicita envíos gratis a pedidos de mas de 40€). La dirección se autocompleto y fallo mío no revisé. Les escribí cuando vi que correos reclamaba una dirección valida para el envío y les mande mi dirección correcta. Un mes dandome largas me dicen que solo me devuelven el importe de la sudadera y resulta que hoy recibo email con una tarjeta regalo por importe de 41,40€ (los envíos no son gratis , engaño de la marca). He hecho el pedido a pesar de tener que pagar la diferencia porque es un regalo de cumple que he dejado pendiente y es lo que la persona del cumple me pidió. No voy a volver a comprar. Tener cuidado

The clothing looks nice and fits well.
Still had to give an one star rating since i ordered AND payed for a pullover that never arrived. I did not get a response to the Email i sent.

I always had a good experience with CoastBcn, but with my last order, there was a problem. Prolonged email responses, and still no solution offered, even though the error is in caused by their system.

Love the designs, I ordered a shirt and 2 hoodies from here. The quality is really good and they sit comfortable and “hoodie”. Only thing is I think I got one of the hoodies in a different color then I ordered but I did not contact customer service because I liked this color equally as much. The shipping time was good too!

Nice clothes in themselves, but some T-shirts are very thick and with some pieces that belong together (shirt + shorts) the colors are slightly different.
The cut also varies from piece to piece so sometimes I would need M and sometimes L (which I don't know when I order).
However, fabric and print are good and last a long time.

I have been ordering from this brand for years now and the quality of fabric and materials is TOP NOTCH! It’s honestly why we keep ordering when new styles are released! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this brand!
