It is so unfortunate that the


It is so unfortunate that the certificate was not accepted by the technical inspection in Copenhagen - Applus with the statement that it does not comply with local requirements. It is so unfortunate and insane as the certificate is supposed to cover EU, but seems not to work in Denmark. My funds are spent for nothing and I need to re-order the certification from other sources.

Our document contains all the necessary information for customers to verify in advance whether it meets their specific needs. However, the acceptance of such documents by inspection authorities, like Applus in Copenhagen, depends on their local requirements, over which we have no control.

es tut uns leid, dass es zu Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist. Wir stellen alle notwendigen Informationen zur VerfÃŒgung, damit unsere Kunden im Voraus prÃŒfen können, ob unser Dokument fÃŒr ihren spezifischen Zweck ausreicht. Die Akzeptanz durch den TÜV oder andere Institutionen hÀngt jedoch von deren Anforderungen ab, auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben.

Still waiting

After more than two weeks I am still waiting for my CdS. I have been obliged to remain at home for four consecutive days that the courier claimed they would make delivery. Each day they found an excuse for not fulfilling the delivery. After the first few missed deliveries I contacted Coceurope customer service requesting they refund my payment for "express" delivery pointing out that they only shipped using UPS Standard. It took them two days to reply saying they would intervene but I can see no evidence of that at all and they conveniently ignored my request for the refund of the express fee.
