Fantastic service from Sarah Newton at Coolersomm. I was trying to source a particular corkscrew which was showing as out of stock on the website. Another company I'd asked for said corkscrew couldn't sell directly to me so sent the unit to Sarah who posted literally the same day. Received the item (which makes a perfect Christmas present) the very next day. Great response times on emails too. Thank you!

I wasn’t sure which wine cabinet to buy. I reached out to them and Sarah could not have been more helpful from the initial query right through to delivery.

Purchased wine chiller through this company and communication from the start was excellent, to the point we could virtually pick our delivery date.
Delivery arrived on time and delivery drivers phoned prior to delivery to give a time and the guys were also very friendly.
Although I haven’t switch it on yet , Sarah has confirmed to get back to her if any problems.

Having moved house, I needed to find a new home for medium to long term storage of my wines. Something simple and solid, not for show or flashy, and priced accordingly (it is housed in an outdoor shed).
I had identified the Climadiff 264 Bottle Wine Ageing Cabinet - RESERVE 275 as a strong candidate, but it was good to discuss the options with Sarah, who understood my pragmatic purchase! She also confirmed a point I'd picked up from product reviews that this model does not have an internal light. That would have been ideal (and a lock would be super ideal), but for the price and performance, I cannot fault it 5 months on. It does it exactly what I wanted it to do, has a smart finish and no glass front, so it's robust, which is what I wanted. It has consistently maintained temperature. My eclectic collection comprises a lot of single bottles, so the only thing I'd add from a buyer perspective is that the capacity (number of bottles) is lower if you are not a Bordeaux (bottle) collector. The order and delivery process was super efficient and the delivery guys were obliging and can do. Very happy with the service and the product. Thanks very much.

I phoned Coolersomm and described my requirements for a wine fridge (low noise, shallow depth, single zone, about 30 bottles). Sarah talked me through my range of options, as well as explaining some of the operating characteristics of wine fridges that I did not understand. We quickly homed in on the right fridge for me, which was at a good price. Sarah seems very focused on getting the right product for me rather than selling me an expensive fridge.
Coolersomm also managed the delivery process, even chasing the courier company when they hadn't sent my three-hour delivery slot on the delivery day.
Coolersomm were in my experience a very customer focused business, providing a high level of service. I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a dual zone Swisscave from CoolerSomm, delivery was fast, team were great and took away our old fridge (a fridge freezer) for no extra charge. Looks beautiful and good advice too.

Ordered a Climadiff - 294 Bottle Wine Ageing Cabinet - RESERVE 300XL from Coolerscomm. Seems excellent value for a large capacity no frills long term storage / ageing solution. Friendly and efficient service, helpful advice and quick and attentive delivery on chosen date from Bishopsgate. So far extremely satisfied!

We had a beautiful wine cooler delivered less than one year ago. The service was quick and professional. However, within the first 12 months, the fridge has already broken. In reporting the fault nearly 4 weeks ago, we are still waiting for an engineer to come and fix it. The parts have only just arrived directly to us but no engineer! Slightly disappointing service after a good start!
