Customer service first class, got my questions answered on Easter Sunday and next day delivery.

Ordered a wine fridge on the Monday, delivered by Thursday with a free bottle of Bolinger champagne too. Vestfrost looks good, delivery team were helpful but arrived a few minutes later than the call they left. Looking forward to using it.

After receipt of my complaint that delivery had not occurred within the timeline advertised, I was immediately contacted by Coolersomm in order to address the issue with their delivery agent.

Best priced wine selection and a quick delivery service. We've ordered four times including a wine fridge, glasses, corkscrew and now wine and never been disappointed.

Good product- what we wanted at a more affordable price point than many places I looked at. Looks fantastic and has all the features we wanted. Great communication from the company about delivery. Fast delivery by a very courteous duo who brought the fridge to the room I wanted and removed all packaging from property without any prompting. Highly recommend.

Good communication from the start as hadn’t noticed fridge was on back order. Was told when it was due to arrive and kept updated as to final delivey. The £50 voucher to spend on wine is a very nice touch

Ordered two Swisscave fridges to be delivered offshore. Nothing was too much trouble, expert help from Sarah and Emily who helped with extra shelves and advice on maintenance whilst abroad with the units.

Good advice on cooler choice and organisation of delivery, which was undertaken without fuss and by two very accommodating and polite gentlemen

Constantly updated status reports from the moment of purchase to the time of delivery in addition to direct topical communication from the Company’s Managing Director. A paradigm shift in customer service to a level I have not witnessed in 40 years of retailing.

Faultless service from Emily and Sarah on our new wine fridges and interesting recommendations to fill our fridge too. we opted for a Vestfrost which arrived the next day and looks nice in our study. Thanks for a pain-free experience

There was an issue with the model number of the wine cooler delivered, but everything was sorted within 2 days, where the old one was taken away and replaced with correct one.
No hassle, professional and friendly staff.
Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a wine fridge from the Coolersomm website however was told that the 2 showing available had sold out as I was ordering and that I would have to wait for new stock to arrive. I was offered a different option but it was the wrong size so opted to wait.
The customer service received was excellent - the fridge was delivered well before Christmas and New Year and there was also the bonus of a voucher for wine (which also arrived in time). Thank you Sarah for sorting everything.
