Clear expert guidance, professional service start to finish

I was recommended to Cornerstone by a family member because of the excellent service they had received from them and I was not disappointed. Very responsive, friendly and personable. My enquiry and booking were processed quickly and the survey report carried out within a fortnight, with a detailed report and recommendations produced. The price was competitive and I would not hestitate to use them again.

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish with Rhys from Cornerstone Surveyors. Couldn't have done more to help. He rang as soon as he finished the survey with a brief outline of good and bad points he had found, so I didn't have to wait until the full report was completed. The full report was also done much quicker than I expected, but still to a great standard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a survey.

Absolutely PERFECT service and worth every £!
We found this company just by researching the local companies online for a survey on our first home purchase. First of all the website looks very professional and up to date and is actually working (not like many other companies). The contact was fast, helpful, and very professional. We have been contacted a week prior to the survey if we have any specific areas we are worried about. Then a day beforehand just to double-check. All very friendly and professional staff. We decided to go for the level 3 survey as we wanted to have peace of mind with the purchase and it was a good choice. We received a Detailed report with over 80 pages of important notes supported with photos and suggestions. We are planning to contact Andy with a few follow-up questions, but I'm in no doubt that he would be anything else than happy to help.
Overall definitely if you need a house survey there is no need to look anywhere else.

We contracted Cornerstone Surveyors for our house purchase in Cirencester for both a homeowners survey and a valuation. We're extremely happy with both. Rhys was highly communicative throughout the whole process: explaining the process, preparing for the survey and explaining his findings and valuation in in-depth telephone conversations. Rhys provided an excellent and professional service. As a first time buyer, I'm going through all the various steps with caution, ensuring it is right for me and for my budget. However, Rhys took the time call me to talk me through what seevice he could provide, the options available and how the post-survey will be conducted with detail and understanding....even providing the odd bit of 'above and beyond' advice.

Rhys was fantastic, conducted a very thorough survey into the property, and provided a comprehensive report, giving us plenty of information to make an informed decision on our house purchase, as well as helping us get to grips with some of the ongoing maintenance tasks we'll need to prepare for through the ownership of the house.
