Rhys was very quick to reply to our e-mails and helpful in talking things through both before and after the survey.

We needed to ask a question a couple of months after the survey was done and once again we appreciated how quick and helpful he was in getting back to us.

Absolutely fantastic company! The team are very friendly and professional, and Rhys was brilliant and very thorough when he came out to perform the Level 2 survey. He took the time to explain any issues that he found as he found them, and also sat down with me at the end of the survey to go over what he found and what would need to be undertaken to resolve them.

Rhys was very open, honest, friendly, approachable, and even bought some great humour to a process that I am sure every potential homebuyer frets about! I feel that I got fantastic value for money with a very detailed report and excellent personal customer service.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the service I received from Cornerstone Surveyors (Cirencester office) was so good I had to write a review!
Rhys reviewed the home I was buying, communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The actual survey report was perfect and easy to read, Rhys rang me whilst surveying the house and then after the report to ask if there were any questions about the survey he could help on.

We have now used Rhys Knight of Cornerstone for two surveys of houses we were purchasing. Both were Grade II listed character properties and Rhys did an absolutely excellent and extremely thorough job surveying both. The reports he produces are comprehensive and clear with photographs illustrating all the main points. He is meticulous in looking at all potential issues and explains them well in a way that a layman can understand. When we next need a survey we would definitely work with Cornerstone again and I recommend the service without hesitation.
