I had preordered two booster cases but due to stock shortages they were unable to fulfil my order. I received a very polite and informative email which explained the issue and although I didnt get what I originally ordered, the CC team were kind, polite and still managed to ship products to me on release day and refunded the difference within 2-3 working days.
