Only one star as cant do 0. Ordered over a month ago were taking calls but continually say have now received their stock and will 'expediate' delivery. Now when you call there is just a recorded message. SO hundreds of dollars lost.

I ordered three weeks ago. Every time I call they say "next week". Unfortunately, I've probably been scammed for $100. It is fortunate that I didn't order more.

Scam. No response. They straight up take your money and never get back to you. Should report to BBB

I bought the masks for 1 month and so far I haven't received them. I call no one answers, I send an email and I have no answer.

Unfortunately they either were over committed, disorganized or dishonest. I can't say because I haven't been able to speak to anyone at the company. I ordered N95 masks because I am a healthcare provider that is now able to go back to work, but they were never delivered, nor shipped. They had a computer generated answering services on their 24 hr phone last night that told you which line to request for order status or sales etc. but once connected to the order status line it rang a few times and hung up after hearing a click. I next tried sales. The phone only rang. Today I called again and the phone number only rings now. No one answers the line even initially. The chat box is not answering. I emailed them to cancel my order and disputed the charge on my credit card. The reviews on their websites and google were all five stars....it's too bad they couldn't live up to that standard.
UPDATE: Today they credited a refund to my Visa. Thankfully, they were prompt on that part. I was able to purchase PPE elsewhere.

Pure SCAM!

Your product will never be delivered. You will never get a refund either. This is pure SCAM!

There is no grade under 1 star unfortunately. Masks never delivered. More then 15 days. And I’m the health care worker who needs extra mask to have at home for family members. Now, when I cancelled my order, I was told it is going to take 9 buisiness day to refund my money. This is the way they play with customers money. I will complain to BBB

Order placed May 5th. I was told at the time I would have 50 N95 masks within 7-9 days. As a physician I am well aware these are overpriced however we are all desperate so I paid the premium.
1 month later I have no masks and not even a shipment. I have spoken to the company over the phone ~5 times and each time they say they are getting them the next week or that a shipment just came that day and would go out within 2 days (that was 2 weeks ago).
I asked for a manager 5 days ago and none has called me back as promised now twice.
I asked for a discount for the delay and have not received any.
I reviewed the company 5 times on their website with professional facts and they immediately took it down. I spoke to customer service about this and they tried to deny it then blame it on IT.
Most importantly I have no masks to protect myself or my patients a month later and had I have known that I would have explored other avenues.
Just today I spoke to the company who again had no answers but promised to get back to me this evening.... they did not.
The company claims these are real but so far this seems like a huge scam and I can not say otherwise.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered on May 13th. 7 days later, nothing. I emailed asking status and was told they were on back order and will ship the 20th. The 20th arrivess and nothing. On the 23rd i get a notification that a 'mailing label has neen created. The next 6 days the status never changes. I made several calls each time a different answer. Finally today, the 29th i told them to cancel and refund.

I ask via their chat app if their gowns were ready to ship and they said they were. I placed the order and my credit card was charged. They did not ship the product, they do not answer their phones and do not respond to the chat app. Now I am in the process of reversing the charges on my credit card. A very disgusting experience and I will never have anything to do with them again.

Scam! I lost $600 in a scam from this company. They never shipped the product. I have notified the authorities

This company is a scam. I ordered my masks exactly 3 weeks ago. They charged my credit card immediately. I never received updates or accurate information regarding when my order would ship. Every time I called they told me something different...it would be shipped in a week, then 2 days, then a day. The last time I called they said they are back logged & it would be another week. Don’t trust this company!

Never received product!!!! When I ordered from their website, they said all items in stock. After 3 weeks without an update,I was told by customer rep I would have to wait because they were "backlogged." My order never shipped. Now I am trying to get a refund.

Product was never shipping 7 days no tracking number No inventory in stock as promoted by there chat support. Asked for a refund have to wait 10 more days. Horrible customer service and their website reviews are filtered and fake. I left a review that was deleted right away!
