Worst phone case ever
I wish I could give 0 stars. My "high quality" faux leather case started to peel the FIRST day I got it. 2 weeks later the monograming is completely gone. Keep in mind I take great care of my phone and case and some how within weeks this case looks terrible. Not to mention customer service SUCKS!! Would never purchase from this brand again or recommend it to my worst enemy:) This place is a SCAM.

Zeer onbetrouwbaar en slechte klantenservice
Ik bestelde op 8 december 4 hoesjes bij Coverlab, met de belofte dat de verzending 5 à 8 dagen zou duren. Pas op 30 januari kreeg ik mijn bestelling binnen die niet eens compleet was. 1 hoesje ontbrak, zogenaamd omdat de kleur niet meer beschikbaar was, terwijl het nog steeds als beschikbaar stond op de website. Omdat de wachttijd belachelijk lang was, had ik al laten weten dat ik mijn bestelling niet meer wou en een terugbetaling eiste. Helaas negeerden ze mijn mails. Wanneer ik duidelijk maakte dat er een hoesje ontbrak, kreeg ik slechts 16 euro terug, terwijl 1 hoesje rond de 29 euro kost.
Conclusie: Bestel hier NOOIT! Er zijn genoeg andere betrouwbare websites met leuke hoesjes en véél betere service.
