Shit support and customer service! I am writing for over a week on a delayed shipment and zero responses, and when received by DHL today the item is damaged.

No response. No support. No one cares.

It was suppose to be a surprise gift to my wife who has been a customer of coverlab for years, if only I knew this is how bad the service and customer care is I wouldn’t have placed the order.

Shame.

I have tried to communicate with the support and no one has responded.
I made my order and realised the address was wrong and sent to right away only to know that no one would respond and my order got sent to the wrong address

Bad quality cover. After a month of purchase, the initials have discoloured and there are abrasions on the front. I don't recommend.

Pondría -10 estrellas. La funda llego en un embalaje de DHL en DOS PARTES, el impreso NADA tiene que ver con el que anuncian. Es una estafa. Aparte, no contestan ni al email ni a instagram. NO COMPREIS

Coque de très mauvaise qualité, au bout de 24h les coins étaient abîmés et la vitre cassée
Au bout de 2 semaines je viens de la jeter tellement elle s’est abîmée et décolorée et que la protection d’écran s’est brisée en plein de petits morceaux

Très bonnes équipe gentil à l’écoute très très professionnel je recommande vivement ce garage vitres, teintées de très bonne qualité, je recommande à tout le monde et beaucoup de professionnels et une équipe de salariés très très gentille

Disgusting customer service. Misleading or out right lies on actual delivery method and realistic timing. Do not buy!!

Terrible customer service. Claim on website 3-5 business days delivery which is downright deceit. Never once answered my emails. Product don’t know because I haven’t received it yet

I would repurchase a Coverlab case over and over. I got a new phone and I am planning on getting another case because I miss my old one so much.

Horrible ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I payed 30 BD for it to come to my house but no I had to pick it up my self!! The communication is so bad the shipment took about 2 months and a half I only ordered one case

I ordered a phone case almost 3 months ago and have yet to receive it. Have emailed customer service multiple times with zero response. This company is a scam. Do not waste your money.
