The dimensions given were not was manufactured. I've contacted the Coverstore to process a return. I've gotten nothing but delays and excuses. The last step is trying to reclaim my money from PayPal. We shall see. Do Not do business with this outfit

The covers arrived within 2 weeks and are of great quality and look fantastic. Don't know how long the will last, but hopefully the 10 years for the premium version I purchased. So far, we totally love them.

I can’t speak to the quality yet as I haven’t yet received either of my covers. These are custom cut and for some reason I assumed they were made in the USA. They are designed here but made in China. I ordered 2 patio furniture covers , on 20 and 25 MAY 2025. They advertise 1-2 weeks. Been a month nearly. Received a message yesterday indicating the overseas product is delayed. For some reason. Other reviews are about poor quality. Was getting ready to order one for my side by side but NOW will use my FB Kawasaki Teryx forum and see what they have bought. Last product from them. I WILL make note of the purchase date and my warranty info just in case.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Coverstore has been so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. I purchased a custom cover from them that was very expensive, but I justified the price because it came with a 7-year warranty and was supposed to be built to last. I live in New York, so nothing extreme weather-wise—just standard seasonal changes.
After only a few years, the cover ripped unexpectedly, with no unusual circumstances or misuse on my end. To their credit, they replaced it the first time, though it took some effort. However, the replacement cover began ripping just THREE MONTHS later—again, under normal weather conditions.
When I reached out for another replacement under the warranty, I was met with rude and dismissive customer service. Not only did they refuse to replace it, but they also went back on their warranty promise, essentially saying “too bad.” To make matters worse, they insultingly tried to upsell me on buying another cover at 30% off—as if I’d want to throw more money at a product that clearly doesn’t last.
I’m extremely disappointed. For such an expensive, supposedly “durable” product with a multi-year warranty, I expected much better quality and especially better customer support. I feel like I completely wasted my money and would not recommend Coverstore to anyone.
Chair covers fit perfectly!
I used the guide to take measurements of my patio lounge chairs. The covers came in and fit my chairs perfectly! This is my first time using so I'll write another review and let you know how they hold up this summer.
Cannot Recommend Coverstore
I paid for expedited shipping and the package never arrived. It was supposed to be delivered by 12:50pm and I unfortunately received someone else’s package. I contacted customer service and they would not refund my expedited delivery fee and could care less about the fact that I received another person’s package. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute the charge for the entire order as I have not received it.
In addition, I have missed an entire day of work waiting for this order. I cannot recommend this company.
THE WORST COMPANY
Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would.
Their customer service is abysmal - company takes no responsibility and offers no help.
Order was placed at the beginning of November. Despite the product not requiring a signature, shipper (FedEx) opted to not leave package at the door of the house and offered no redelivery time - only option was to pick up at FedEx office. When presenting for pickup, FedEx office stated they did not feel I had the appropriate documentation required to retrieve package. Was told to call the shipper for a QR code. Immediately called Coverstore asking for this QR code, and they had never heard of this and were unable to provide me with a QR code. Their recommendation was to allow the package to be returned to them and then they would reship.
It is now January, no and they say they are "unable to assume responsibility for unclaimed packages after they are made available for pickup".
This order totaled almost $500 USD and they have offered zero assistance and no alternatives.
Exceptional
I've dealt with tons of different companies. This one leads the pack. Exceptional fit, quality and rapid shipping. My brother has used this company several times and I plan on doing the same. You won't find a better cover company ANYWHERE else, period!

Review Suppression
We purchased 5 prestige covers a little over two years ago. Full disclosure they are well made, have held up and keep the patio furniture dry. Biggest issue has been mold and mildew growth that developed on the inside of the covers. I tried virtually everything to clean them with no success. I called Coverstore Customer Service and spoke with a young lady who said mold and mildew are not covered but they may do something for you considering you purchased the prestige fabric. She suggested I go ahead and submit a warranty claim and see what happens. The warranty department said mold and mildew growth is not covered but offered me a 30% discount. They were having a 30% discount offer at the time so she basically offered me nothing. I ended up asking to speak with a supervisor in the warranty department and they said they would have someone call me with in 24-48 hours. No one did, just sent another email. I ended up submitting an updated review with pictures of the mold and mildew growth on all of the covers. I waited several days for the review to post and it never did. I called back again and ultimately spoke with a Supervisor in CS. He was a very nice guy, looked into my complaints and came back and offered me a 50% discount on new covers which I felt like was fair. I did ask him why my review never posted and he said he wasn’t sure but that the marketing people told him they reserve the right to review all reviews and post what they want. I said thanks for the offer but I don’t want to do business with a company that suppresses customers accurate and truth-full reviews.

Highly recommend. I have used their products for the past 13 years and I have been very impressed. They honored the warranty on an item without having to argue which was very refreshing!!

A bit of a rip off…
Got the serious run around on ordering a custom cover by sending drawings with measurements. They apparently didn’t look at them and just assumed they were the manufacturer’s measurements when they were not, and claimed “manufacturers’ dimensioned drawings are not always accurate.” (I’m an engineer - it’s easier to dimension a diagram in Acrobat than to overcome parallax issues with pictures taken of a measuring tape.) At their insistence, I used their form to send my measurements to have a custom cover made. The cover I received is a bit bigger than my measurements in every dimension, but particularly in the height which I deliberately shorted by 3”. The cover is also branded “Covermates”. Looking up Covermates, I found the EXACT cover for $70 less than they charged me for what was supposed to be for be a custom-made cover. Will not do business with them again.
Do not Buy From Them!
Good products, but a rip off. Do not order from this company. They sent the products supposedly freight free and conveniently they under paid the freight by over $22.00 on a $131.00 purchase through the US Post Office. In order to get the package we have to pay the extra freight. Their shipping department probably are directed to do this? Sad way to do business.
Exceptional quality and products, not so great customer service
I ordered Prestige Collection custom covers for our patio set with 9 pieces ($1100+ order). The quality of the covers is exceptionally nice with sturdy materials, draw strings, and buckles. I feel confident that these covers will stand the test of mid-Atlantic winters. I'm very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and the covers that were shipped to me and would recommend this to other customers.
Had two issues during ordering and shipping. First the credit card company flagged the Coverstore authorization as potential fraud and declined the charge. I verified the charge and then initiated the call to Coverstore for their customer care team to retry authorization. I needed to make a couple of calls to get this straightened out. The customer care team clearly didn't have a script for this situation and it was a game of 21-questions to get it resolved.
Second issue: The custom covers were manufactured and shipped from China in two packages. I received three packages in total including the storage bags which were shipped from TX. It isn't obvious on the web site that they shipped two packages from Asia using two different tracking numbers. The first package arrived right away but the second package was delayed in transit to UPS but the status tracker was not at all clear. It appeared that the package was lost in transit. Again, I contacted the customer service team by both phone and email to track the missing package. The customer care team was rude and absrasive and it was pretty clear that they were annoyed that I was calling. $1100 in covers seemingly lost, who wouldn't call?!
Coverstore owners or Sr. management needs to take note of the poor performance of the customer care team. It's clearly a leadership issue. They seem ill equipped to handle common issues and haven't been trained to communicate with customers in a non-condescending attitude.

After the season use, they look as though we just unpacked them. Held up perfectly and thoroughly protected our pricey outdoor patio furniture. Worth every cent.
I ordered a “custom fit” outdoor tv…
I ordered a “custom fit” outdoor tv cover from cover store online and provided the exact measurements for my tv. I received the 1st cover and it was not the size I ordered. I sent a ton of pictures to their customer service team.
In response they sent me another tv cover that was, again, supposed to be “custom made”.
I received the second cover and it was the exact same size as the 1st one.
I sent them pictures of the two covers side by side with measurements and now they’re asking for more pictures.
I’m done sending pictures. I only want to get a refund and a return shipping label but they just keep asking for more photos.
These are obviously not custom made.

Avoid at all costs!
Warranty is a joke. My cover tore from normal use two years into a three year warranty. Customer service said I wasn't using enough air bags underneath so the warranty is void. Nowhere in the original purchase agreement did it say that. A $400 furniture cover should not break after two years of light use. I don't live in a area that gets snow or extreme weather. Do not buy!

There measurements on the covers when ordering are not accurate. All to large. I measured 3 times. So I had to pay shipping back of course. I love losing money for no reason.

Many covers over the years
We have purchased many covers over the years as we have added furniture. The only thing that it cannot withstand are squirrels attempting to escape in their confusion and our own mishandling. We have also purchased custom covers which meet the same standards. The Coverstore is the only place we go to.
