Excellent product. Custom fit was spot on.

I have purchased several different covers for my air conditioner, both my hose reels, my generator, my 3 different Christmas wreaths and my lawn swing, some of which were ordered special to size. All have been received and continued to be used. Well made products, color choices and reasonable prices. I will continue to look to them for upcoming requirements.

We love our Coverstore outdoor covers! We ordered standard sizes for our two loveseats, two chairs and coffee table. They all fit well and look terrific. In addition, they are easy-care (we just hose them down and let them dry) and they pack easily into bags for storage. And of course, they protect the furniture from pollen and weather. Last fall, I ordered an additional custom cover for an outdoor bar in the fabric to match the rest. It is perfect, too. Overall this has been a great experience and I would definitely buy from Coverstore again.

Mean customer support service. They sell poorly designed and defective products, and don't give refunds. Avoid.

Just left a review on a different site, doing it here as well since people usually write reviews of bad experiences but don't for good ones. I was very apprehensive placing my order after reading all the bad reviews. I went ahead anyway because the only other serious custom competitor uses vinyl which isn't great for furniture. I don't doubt other customers have had problems, but just want to add that mine came out perfectly.

I should have looked here before purchasing from Coverstore. I ordered a cover for a grill. Returned only to discover that I had to pay $13 shipping to return, and the they subtracted their shipping and taxes from my total refund even though I didn't even open the package. The refund for my $52 order was $29. I will NEVER order from this company again! Not when there's Amazon Prime and other companies with much better return policies.

I love my Coverstore products! The holiday storage items are such high quality!!

Terrible experience with the Cover Store. I am not one to spend the time posting negative reviews about a company, but this was a horrific experience and I hope to save others the nightmare of dealing with this company. To sum this disaster up, covers came in wrong and did not fit. We called the company and nicely tried to explain this and they blamed us for the errors. After multiple phone calls and wasted time spent measuring many times, we have given up. We paid for a product that was defective and the company was 100% at fault and refused to make good on another cover. Hard to believe, but customer service and product quality control at its worst. Stay far away from this company What a shame.

I sent them pics of furniture yet they still sent wring covers- applied for refund and only received partial because I opened the bag- worst cust service ever. I ordered 6 covers and 3 did not fit- thr 3 were $64 each yet only rec $154. Refund.

These outdoor furniture covers are made of high quality waterproof fabric material and of heavy gauge fabric. You have the added benefit of secure tie downs, waterproof enclosures and venting. Yes, they lean towards the expensive side however, you can be sure these covers will handle all the seasonal environments and last for many years with proper care.
Also, their customer service promptly answers your questions either by phone or email.
I highly recommend this company for quality service, products and prompt shipping.
