I am glad I am getting a refund. However, the deceptive practices of showing one price then getting hit with two others is deceptive and should not happen.

I didn’t realize I would be charged this much

While I was disappointed that the charges were made on my account (I guess I overlooked the fine print), I am pleased with the exceptional customer service agent that acted quickly to get my money refunded. Thank you!

I thought I was purchasing something I saw on social media facebook. I checked my bank account and there I was charged for a membership that I didn't join. I looked up paypal through google for a phone number. I called, and spoke with someone they told me I had to call, Amazon. That's when i replied to the email asking that i be refunded all my money.

Agent was friendly and assisted me with my issue and answered all questions I had.

Buenos dias!, es la 3 vez que escribo por aqui el motivo por el cual solicite el reembolso del dinero que pague cuando uds publicaron que habia containers con cajas de ropa preparadas por Shein para ser entregadas por $ 13.000. Una vez que realice el pago, me derivo directamente a su web y nadie se puso en contacto para confirmar que el pedido estaba en camino ni ninguna info de envio o de demora de entrega o de recorrido del paquete. Solicito por favor que en forma inmediata me reembolsen el dinero. Gracias

Do not trust this company! They debited $9.99 on 08/04/25 and again on 08/19 they took $29.99 without my consent. Bait and click.. scam artists
