Excellent customer service, fast and reliable, I recommend it.

I somehow got signed up for a subscription with this company thinking I was paying for shipping for a free gift after filling out a survey for something else entirely. What a piece of shit company this is. Complete scammers. I had 2 recurring ‘subscription’ charges made to my account and after I cancelled and made it clear that I had no intention of ever subscribing to this company, it took multiple conversational and they only agreed to pay back the 2nd of the recurring charges. The I find out there’s a ‘fee’ if they give you a refund!!!! Also, as I had money that was unrefundable, I went to check out their products to use these credits that I paid for that I can’t give back, and WOW what trash!!!! Unbelievable. Beware people, this company claims to be ‘legitimate’….they ARE NOT.

I don't know what this company does. I was ordering an item for 9.99 and saw that an additional separate service was attempting to take 9.99 from my account. Bait and switch tactic.

I did not sign up for this membership and the company quickly responded to me and offered my refund....

Eric was helpful and expedited my things

After being told initially by a Craftvow member service tech on the phone that my membership was non refundable, I was able to receive a prompt response via email and confirmation that the purchase would be refunded. I am not entirely sure how my debit card was charged, and still figuring out if it was fraudulent. I insisted that the membership sign up was not of my doing. They understood and asked if I would write a review here. Be careful what you click on social media….

When a person says something like "I didn't do it, someone has my information again", please cancel. Being on the income I receive, there are no little extras. After multiple emails back and forth and saying I was gonna get ahold of the BBB. My reimbursement showed up yesterday.

Prompt and courteous email response when I contacted customer service. I have no idea what this subscription if for or why there were 2 charges. An agent co texted me quickly.
