J'ai commandé un kit direct drive pour une ender3 le 19/11/21 et je le reçois le 09/02/22 avec 11e de douane. Alors les échanges de mails on en oarle pas, ils s'en foutent royalement. Livraison annoncée en 7jrs sans frais de douane et on se retrouve avec totalement le contraire
A fuir absolument

Right out of The Box!
I purchased the Ender 3-S1 and it works great right out of the box. Runout sensor, bed leveling, dual drive, it's got it all... and it all works the first time. Also, no problems with the firmware. I couldn't be happier.

Okay printer, poor customer service and documentation
The printer I purchased is okay. I bought it on sale and for the quality is what to be expected for that price. The printer is missing a piece which they claim isn't needed anymore yet they provide the STL file for the part and the part is still shown in their manuals. There was no admission of fault of missing the piece or the willingness to send out the part. I've spotted one grammatical error with their Creality Slicer with my brief use of it but I don't see the point in telling them because I doubt they'd would listen. I wouldn't recommend going with them.

Commande livrée partiellement.
J'ai effectué une commande le 02/12/2021 pour une imprimante et deux bobines.
Imprimante livrée, puis 1 bobine livrée plus tard.
La 2ème n'a jamais été livrée.
Ender me répond en anglais que la commande est livrée dans ma boite aux lettres : or je n'ai pas de boite aux lettres !
Donc aucune garantie de livraison !
Je ne recommande pas ce site.
Suite à la publication de cet avis, le site sur lequel j'avais commandé à demandé mes coordonnées et j'ai été livré.
Awful printers
Awful printers - I've had two. The first took about 3 weeks to get working, the second was so badly made and designed I didn't get a decent print out of it for 3 months and the process of getting it fixed was very painful. Quality control is terrible and customer service is virtually non-existent, they don't respond to all emails and their answers are incomplete and often wrong.

J'ai passé commande d'une Ender-5 le 26 novembre, que j'ai reçu le 10 décembre.
Le produit est bien neuf, emballer dans le carton officiel Creality.
Je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation de commande comme certains, mais j'ai fait une commande sans avoir créé de compte.(erreur)
J'ai donc contacté le vendeur qui m'a confirmé et transmis très rapidement mon numéro de suivi DHL.
Le colis a mis quelques jours avant de partir de leur entrepôt, mais le délai me semble tout à fait raisonnable compte tenu de la période et contexte actuel.

Hände weg - Da der bestellte Extruder nicht passte habe ich die Firma kontaktiert – die zuerst nichts von einer Rücknahme wissen wollte. Nach Drohung Pay Pal einzuschalten haben sie mir eine Adresse in Tschechien benannt – wohin ich die Ware schickte (sie auch nachweislich ankam).
Mir wurde mitgeteilt das ich mein Geld 3-5 Tage nach Ankunft der Ware zurückbekommen werde. Dann haben sie sich nicht mehr bei mir gemeldet – trotz zahlreicher Nachfragen.
Erst als ich Pay Pal kontaktierte meldeten sie sich wieder und meinten ich müsse nach China zurückschicken – konnte ich nicht mehr da der Extruder schon bei ihnen in Tschechin war.
Jetzt haben sie mein Geld und mein Gerät und melden sich nicht mehr!!!
Pay Pal meinte dann das sie mir da auch nicht helfen könnten – wo sich die Frage stellt wofür ich Pay Pal eigentlich noch brauche?

My Grandson was setting up his 3D birthday gift but immediately had a problem. Initially thought that the belt was warped. Requested a new belt. Asked to send a video of the problem which was the best approach to determine if it was indeed the belt or something else. Upon viewing the video the Tech Team ask that the tension be tightened by adjusting the Y bracket with illustration on proper method for doing this procedure. Success !! The 3D printer is performing beautifully . Customer Service representative stayed with us until it was right and the Tech Team was spot on. Grandson's last statement - " it's a really good printer". :)

Honestly the best thing that has ever happens to me wish to buy more printer from these guys live how the cr10 mini cane with Filament you can print with the cr10 mini has been the best of the best and price too.
I will be buying more in the future thank you Creality3d for the printer that I bought on Black Friday thank you <3

The service team from Creality, react very quick. After sending my issue video, they send me via fast courier UPS for 5 days all parts, even from some parts two pieces.

Scam
Phone number doesn't work. Chat is unresponsive. The emails sent go unresponsive. When they reply to the email, it is a generic email. If you have been screwed and used paypal. You must contact PayPal immediately to dispute. The creality company will send out 2 emails. One stating what the crd # is and the other one stating that they can't refund due to it being shipped. Its the response that you will receive if you start asking questions. Read the bbb and other reviews and you know that it's true. Avoid this company by all means. You can't write a review on their website even if your a verified customer. The best option is to go through Amazon. It may cost more but you know your protected and you can return if unsatisfied and be able to write a review of your experience.

Creality3d gets 5 stars because their tech support is Awesome
Creality3d gets 5 stars because not only are the machines solid but the tech support is really good. Typically with fdm printing I find its usually some minor problem that's causing failures. However if you have several of those problems at once it's very challenging to get back up and running again. Creatity3d support did a good job working me through each issues. The problems all started after I fried my original motherboard (was trying to reposition the binder clip while the machine was on - not my brightest moment). After replacing the hot plate & motherboard, things got hard when I needed to change the firmware on the silent motherboard, any firmware I tried gave me problems, before I gave up I decided to try Tech support, I'm glad I did. Tech Support got me the correct firmware, helped me with a reverse extruding problem, under extrusion problem, and identified that leveling was needed. All of this was not easy, to solve these problems still took lots of due diligence on my part. Creality3d quickly Identified a clog in the hot end, I followed the procedure they showed in a video to clean the area between the back of the nozzle and tube. After cleaning that area I did a test print and noticed under extrusion occurring later on during the print. So I assumed that the clog is major, luckily I had a spare hotend set so I swapped it out and finally had a consistent flow of filament. My under extrusion problem was finally fixed by increasing the number of E-steps by a lot . Both of these solutions was not given to me by Creality3d but they did a great job steering me toward these solutions.

These positive feedbacks are just created by them. Tell me, what shop in the EU charges you for sending a part that you have to replace on your own?? These feedbacks, where a happy customer writes, that it costs only 8 dollars or euro. Come on?! Could you trustpilot seek a little more detailed, who is uploading reviews?

Long but successful troubleshooting
My Creality CR10s Pro V2 started having Z axis motor trouble after a couple weeks of working just fine. Across the next 8 months or so, Creality CS agents worked with me via email to isolate the problem and correct it. I purchased new spacers and a motor on my own, and they provided a new motherboard and z-axis wiring. While it took a very long time, they did fix the problem. I'm pleased with the service I received.

Great Service
I had some calibration problems with my new Ender 3 Max. Deb and the team sent me a model to print so they could see what the printer was doing. I emailed them pictures of what was happening and Deb and The Team sent clear instructions back to me on correcting the 3d printer and It worked like a charm, Thanks Deb.
