These guys are obvious amateurs, they have given out our business phone no to numerous what i can only presume as credit chasers, the no they have given is a totally different business to us, we constantly get harrassed and my next level is i will complain to the ombudsman, for those that are paying this company to chase down the right company i wouldn't bother

Had recent dealings with Jordan Watkins.
Wow! An absolute credit to the company. Was clear concise and explained everything without trying to dazzle us with sales speak.
Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to offer further ways to help us. I didn't ask, but assume he must be head of the department or in a managerial position as he dealt with us so professionally. I hope the company appreciates his hard work, and gives him a well deserved pay rise and promotion in the not so distant future.

I received a call after requesting information of my business credit report and spoke with Aaron Davies who was informative and knowledgeable. He was insightful and professional throughout and although I didn't take advantage of the services he offered, not right timing, I was left with the sense of speaking to a seasoned salesman who asked for the order and left a positive impression.

The team is more sales oriented than service.
They focus on sales and you only get to hear from them during renewal. Also, the data is not updated, so many wrong numbers and old information.

Looks like a good idea, but once you've used your 200 checks which you pay £180 a month for. They harass the life out of you wanting you to purchase more. Don't follow instructions not to contact. I am currently writing a complaint.

Quite pushy sales tactics. I understand the need to remain in the frame, but it feels a bit relentless to be contacted every day. The service is good and no issues with the site or the information offered, it's always accurate - but brace yourself at renewal time to be bombarded!

Terrible company which will give inaccurate credit reporting with bogus data to companies and expect you to beg them to correct it. Not reliable.
