Helpful CRM Account Manager

Creditsafe give me the data I need for prospective customers in an easy to understand format. I also use the search features to discover new customers in the markets that I know. Good value too.

Simple and sensible pricing with knowledgeable account managers and staff.

Customer Service is excellent and Louis, our CRM Account Manager has been above and beyond helpful.
As a CRA it provides all the info and tools I need.
What's not to like?

Rebecca Jenkins our CRM account manager is always a pleasure to speak to and is very knowledgable about our creditsafe product.

We not only paid for this years subscription but we were given an opportunity to pay for next years subscription at this years price if we paid now. Which we did and have the receipt for. We then were kicked out of the system. We have been put back and have had an email saying that they will send us an invoice to join the system. We are not happy

James was great, walked me through the Dashboard and answered all my questions.

Always helpful and they listen to your requests and try to help wherever they can. So far they have always been quick to assist with technical issues mainly around finger trouble and the products are easy to use. Ashton is always on hand as well as always updating us on new product offerings or upgrades to current services.

Connor was great to deal with and made the process of signing up to Credit Safe really easy.
