I am really sorry to hear about your experience. Having a parcel left in plain view and then go missing is incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand how upsetting that must have been. You are right to expect deliveries to be handled with more care.
While we did dispatch your order, you should not have been left battling automated responses or feeling unsupported when something went wrong. We have been dealing with a heavy backlog of queries recently, but that does not excuse the difficulty you experienced trying to reach us or get help.

You should never have to chase an update, let alone three times, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be to get delayed or automated replies when all you want is a clear answer.

I’m really sorry to read about what happened with your order — that’s incredibly disappointing, and you’re absolutely right to be frustrated.

A bottle opening in transit and leaking over the rest of your items shouldn’t happen, and the packaging clearly wasn’t up to the standard it should be. That’s on us.

What’s even more concerning is that you took the time to send photos and reach out several times, and still didn’t get a response. That’s not acceptable, especially for someone who has ordered from us before. You deserved a proper reply and a quick resolution, and I’m really sorry we let you down.

At the very least, I want to make sure you’re refunded or replaced without any more hassle.
