An amazing tool, impressive roster manager! It made my organizational life better! Don’t hesitate and get it!

I moved to CrewLounge PilotLog from LogTen Pro just a few weeks ago, and for the price, which is 3X cheaper than LTP (a 3-year subscription still slightly less than 1 year of LTP), PilotLog has a full-featured import facility to not only bring your roster but also download all historical data from your airline portal. Not only does it have the roster importer, but it can also auto-fill flights by scanning the ACARS printout page, scanning your ACARS screen in the flight deck and ALSO interrogating the ADSB data and auto-filling from that. That’s 4 different ways that you don’t have to input a flight. Should, there be an issue and the airline portal is down etc, I can simply get the flight details via one button to interrogate the ADSB data.

It has ALL the same features as LTP, has many additional and actual time-saving features, and is one-third of the price.

Since moving over a few weeks ago, I have naturally had some teething issues with differences, but their support team has been first class.

First of all they fully imported my entire LogTen database into PilotLog. Secondly, once that was done I spent a bit of time checking the data to ensure accuracy. Having spotted some issues (not an issue with the app, but differences in the way the data is stored and displayed), I raised a number of support requests. ALL were answered within 24hrs. Their customer support is fast, helpful, and accurate.

I would HIGHLY recommend this app to any pilot, from students just starting out to experienced pilots with extensive logbooks.

I have been using pilot lounge for a good time and it made most of my schedule and logbook easy , some mior adjustments should be done but its not a factor , app is always improving , customer support always shares the solution feedback and quick in updates.
I use it basically to make my log , and roster check , it will gather all required info and put them in the logged flight , you have only minor adjustment to do if required but 90% its acurate apart from PF and PM duties.

This Company is amazing! They offer integrated APP and services, covering the handling of Pilot’s situations and syncing needs, well above expectations.
Once started using their services and products, everything is becoming easy, synced, backed up, recorded…
They must have very capable “brains and hands”: they were able to setup the data export from the impenetrable CAAC APP (Chinese).
Then I told them about a new Company, and within few days they were able to import the roster from their calendar.
“Give them a problem to solve, and they create a solution”. Honestly, I admire such dynamic capable organization. Well done! They deserve the best recognition.

The app is always being updated and new features are added regularly. Since the app itself is constantly involving if there are any issues the support is always ready to help out.

Great product and the team is constantly updating and adding functions to the app to keep improving the experience. When I first starting to use this app it took a while to get used to it because of all the settings and modifications you can make in the app. Once you have it running how you want it really makes it a pleasure to use.

The Support Team is really excellent. I have written them dozens of times and they always answer me with professionalism, patience and efficiency.

Great aviation Logbook APP. Fantastic Customer Service during migration from similar software.

CrewLounge PilotLog software doesn't work, it's full of flaws. I've been trying to put together my logbook since the beginning of October. 6 weeks later, still can't get it to work properly. This is after MANY emails to support on multiple issues. Multiple uninstall/reinstalls, wasted time waiting for an update to the software only to still have issues. Currently, I've been waiting several days for a response from support (multiple emails) on the latest issue and nothing. Losing my patience with this company. Should have listened to others at my company that said stay away, there are better options for airline pilots. But, I was one of the suckers that paid for lifetime with MccPilotLog, which they later changed their business model. If I wanted a product that would continue to get updates, I had to pay additional money to get their latest buggy software that doesn't work on a Windows PC. They like to use the excuse that software is a service now. Either they should have grandfathered those of with lifetime subscriptions or refunded our money back to us and let us decide if we wanted to pay for their new version. If you're an airline pilot and have 6 weeks or more to try to get a working logbook, go for it, this is the one to get.

I had a great and positive experience with this company. I began relationship buying MccPilotlog. At that time I had a logbook in XLS format, sent it via support ant it was correctly uploaded to Mcc.
Now I'm not flying anymore. Recently I received an e-mail talking about my former Mcc license. I contacted the support team of CrewLounge and it was possible to retrieve and get two reports of my flight experience logbook.
I recommend CrewLounge.

I've been using mccPILOTLOG for several years, when I bought a lifetime license, they proudly said on the site that they would never have a subscription system like the competition and that the payment would be once and for life. Then they changed their mind and created a subscription system (CrewLounge PILOTLOG), so far so good, even with the inconsistency of speech, but the serious thing is when they ask customers (to whom they guaranteed that the service would be paid only once) for a subscription 3 years to gain access to what they say is a subscription for life... again the same speech as in the past. Don't be fooled, you paid in the past, you pay now and, in a few years, when they switch systems again, you will have to pay again! It's abusive and reveals a total disregard for customers.

The app is constructed in a way to make pilot’s life easy and manageable, it’s easy to understand the layout and the color codings. Very organized.
