I haven't received any response from support, even though I've tried contacting them multiple times.

The app creates issues during imports, and the sync functionality is unreliable. Its only real advantage is the ability to import data directly from airline systems, but that benefit is outweighed by the problems it causes. I ended up having to manually correct every imported flight, which defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place.

From one of the fastest growing app developer with probably the best support I've ever experienced back in 2019, we found ourselves with apps packed with bugs and limitation and a support team which is totally disappeared. Months passed without even answers.

Have been using the software since the previous app, did merge since I had lifetime package despite having to pay for the new software. Unfortunately the software for my company fails multiple times.
I've sent them emails in various occasions and despite the 1-3 business days to receive a reply, most of the times like now weeks elapse and no one even acknowledge the case. It's very frustrating that it doesn't matter how you contact them or how many reminders you send, no one seems to reply back.

Super appreciated the email feature that allows flights to be uploaded from company efb directly, time saving feature.
But even when the manual flight upload feature is so easy, user friendly and fast.
The app is exactly what Id look for.

Do not waste your money. I bought the high-end package, and it will not launch. I wrote two emails already to support for a refund with NO REPLY ! This has been the WORST waste of money I ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I bought LOGTEN Pro and was up and running in less than 5 minutes after installation!

I purchased the previous version of this software with a lifetime license. Unfortunately, the company decided shortly after to kick their loyal customers in the teeth by forcing them into an overpriced subscription model, despite having already paid for a lifetime license. This is unprofessional and lacks integrity

I have given an average rating to crew lounge access because the system still has quite a few bugs to be ironed out. For example, when I upload my roster changes from the current month to the server, the next month roster which is already uploaded disappears. I have to then re-upload the next month’s roster again. This is an annoyance. There are other problems as well like the inability of the system to accurately upload ground and sim duties. These duties appear as blank days on my uploaded roster.

Despite selecting and saving my part-time periods as four months in the CAE application, a system error occurred. Due to this error, the information was forwarded to crew planning incorrectly, and the system automatically transmitted an incorrect part-time period.

As a result of this system-related issue, I have been unfairly affected, even though my selections were made correctly in the application.

I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed, taking into account that the issue originated from a technical/system error rather than user input.

It does what you need, well, reliably, and is easy to use. Plus when I asked for support in uploading my logbooks at the start, I got support quickly. So yes, I can highly recommend.

I originally purchased mccPILOTLOG lifetime desktop application and it working brilliantly, especially integrating with my company rostering system. After mccPILOTLOG changed to CrewLounge AERO everything was initially fine but then when I changed to a new desktop, I was unable to install the old mccPILOTLOG application and thought I’d lost 20,000 hrs of logbook. It took a while, but eventually CrewLounge AERO support transferred my mccPILOTLOG logbook to their new system and it has been functioning great ever since.

Good product, easy to use!

PilotLog has problem with downloading the historical data, it crashes down at 75% if you tray to load more than a three days history at once. The support is very helpful and they will tell you that they are sorry to hear that you experienced a problem as such….
Guys from support, don’t be sorry because this will not fix the problem…..

The app is really Helpful and facilitate our task of keeping track of the flight hours, but I gave a lot of trouble with the roster download. The Iflight can’t be imported through the rosters website, and I have to manually import a pdf file named roster_gmt.pdf, otherwise the flights won’t be imported correctly.
Other than that, a lot of information on the app is hard to use properly, namely the functions of relief pilot, and other such classifications. I understand though how it’s up to me going after the information on the apps manual.
Overall, I’m content with the app, and if the Iflight somehow became compatible with the app so that I could automatically import the roster, my satisfaction would improve drastically.

Very useful tool. Many settings to adjust at the beginning but once fully set, it works seamlessly and offers a lot of functions.
