Everything was as promised. Will definitely use again. My questions were answered fast.

Well located property in good condition. Downside is no central air conditioning. Rooms, except Bedroom, like a Sauna. Close to a great beach. People were very helpful with TV problems.

CRH was very helpful and responsive with our checking in for the Mana Kai condo, and immediately called back with any questions we had. We loved our stay, and our particular unit was especially nice, compared to many we have stayed in at that location.

I really enjoyed our stay. Awesome being able to step out and go right down to the beach

I have a hard time with this review for a few reasons... the condo I had reserved got sold literally one month before my reservation. Luckily, I was able to keep the reservation through many emails and phone calls. We had to have someone come out the firat day to change the beds from king to twins... no big deal... However, day 2 at the condo, our AC was deemed to be leaking into the condo under us. Had to turn it off. All day. They eventually brought us some fans. The end of day 2, we were told it was fixed. Back on... early morning day 3.... it wasn't fixed. Turned off. we paid for an ocean front, newly remodeled condo we didn't get to enjoy. They did move us to another condo in the complex, not ocean front. Not remodled. But they did try to make it right!! We were reimbursed for some of our hardships. Very good customer service and they did a great job with the constant communication.

We had an excellent stay at Kihei Akahi. The condominium was nicely furnished and was equipped well for our stay. We enjoyed the pools and appreciated the well maintained grounds.

Condominium had fantastic value for the price; comfortable furnishings and a good central location on the island were much appreciated.

Very nice place. Loved the location and its surroundings. To improve: air condionning in the bedroom, it was noisy.

The only concern was the amount of ghost ants in the unit. We were extremely careful however items sealed with zip lock were destroyed by them stored in upper cabinets. Nothing ever left on counter. Did not seem to care we lost a lot of expensive food items because of this.

We have used Condominium Rentals Hawaii in the past and have stayed in the same complex for the last three visits to Kauai. We have always found the staff very helpful in finding a unit we like.

Everything went fairly smoothly and CRH was responsive. Only the check in directions were a bit convoluted but CRH helped sort that out. No complaints. Thanks

Loved the condo, and were warned no AC prior to coming, but had ceiling fans and small wall AC in bedroom which helped some.
Also, never did get TV in bedroom to work and although we phoned office/owner twice, wasn’t resolved.
Not a big deal as we Still had decent TV in living room and spent lots of time outside anyway! Loved the use of gas grills, both swimming pools and beautiful and clean grounds. Would stay there again!

All went well and smooth
Need to have better access to check in after 5:00, the desk should be staffed till at least 7:00

My second stay at SB. Convenient location to either end of island. Unit 140 could have used refresh on the entry door but otherwise good. Will consider again.
