Overall, the resort has been great, but my one disappointment is the gym hours.

As someone actively training for a competition, consistency is everything. Most serious athletes start their day long before sunrise, and many gyms open around 5 AM to support that lifestyle. Traveling is already challenging when you’re trying to stay on track with training, cardio, meal timing, and recovery while still enjoying your vacation.

With such a large resort community, I was surprised there wasn’t earlier access to the fitness center. Having a gym available for dedicated fitness enthusiasts would make a huge difference. Other than that, my stay has been excellent.

What a great experience
I opted for contact through Watts app and was quickly chatting to Jess.
Thus made the process so much more personal and Jess was able to answer all of my queries quickly and efficiently.
This enabled me to also share information with the rest of the family allowing us to make the reservation.
Well done TOP Villas you have managed to use new technology to allow good old fashioned one to one customer service, which is sometimes missing nowadays.

Do not book with topvillas.
Topvilla is a management company that only cares about making money. No customer satisfaction or service.
If you have a problem or issue with your rental Goodluck with someone helping you.
They don't answer there customer service number only leave a message.
They do not answer back there WhatsApp messaging.
Furthermore, there email is a automated system that answers you.
The homes are outdated.
The arcade games don't work
The pools are not clean and mosquito infested.
They don't provide pool life vests.
Moreover, if you want a happy vacation
Do not rent from topvillas.
You got the heads up so beware.

Leeza Medinilla was great to work with. We had specific criteria in looking for a vacation rental to accommodate our elderly parents. She found us just the right place to meet our needs and stay in budget. We look forward to using Leeza and Top Villas again in the future.

I like the Top Villa website because I can filter to the number of bedrooms and a price range.
I like the staff, Becky because of her willingness to help me with finding a home to fit our requirements.

Staff (shout out to Jack) are really helpful and efficient and I recommend contacting them with support first rather than booking on the website alone. I do agree with the other feedback on here about the website. More options on the search engine would be hugely benficial like 'detached/terrace/semi' etc. and the abilit to select more preferred options in your villa such as games room, washer/dryer or driveway etc. otherwise you get SO many villas come up.and when you select it to sort prices low-high, it doesn't really work as you scroll down and prices are all over the place. A more accurate search for what you want would cut down so much searching time for the right holiday. Having gone away with Top Villas this year to Florida, one bit of feedback I had was that no info was provided inside the villa on arrival, so no instructions for oven, microwave, washer/dryer, air con etc. I also had no idea where trash should be left and Top Villas didn't know either, so I had to wait to hear from the management company. A Welcome Pack in the villa with this kind of information would be hugely beneficial for people visiting. The villa was also advertised as having a pool/restaurant/gym/bar etc on site, however we found this wasn't actually in the area where our villa was located and was somewhere on another part of the same resort, a drive away. When I asked how we gain access, as everywhere has security gates, Top Villas didn't know and had to get the local mgt company to respond with instructions. These weren't very clear and it seemed we had to go through quite a process to actually access these amenities during our holiday, so never made use of them.

Communication is key! The responses were quick and knowledgeable.

I want to think Kedesh for helping me with my reservation for a large family gathering. He made the process easy, stress-free and was really patient and took the time to do his research to find the best properties within my budget. Excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff

my mother booked a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN for herself, us kids, her grandchildren and great grandchildren for our Christmas gift through Top Villa and if I could give them no stars I would. Where do I start with what went wrong. first, they failed to contact Avantstay of my reservation and my children and their very young kids could not get into the cabin until 8pm when check in was at 4 pm. It was a nightmare trying to get it corrected. When we finally got into the cabin it was filthy, the sink had absolutely no water pressure, the washer didn't work. There were damp used towels hanging behind the bathroom doors, there was pubic hair under the toilet seats. hair beside the showers, and hair in the bathtubs. It's disgusting when my 2-year-old grandson sits up from laying in the bathtub, and his back is full of hair that was left in the bathtub. We had to disinfect the place ourselves since a few of us in our party is immune compromised. The oven was filthy, there was dirt and old food underneath the glass covering of the dining room tables, the ice machine was frozen over, and there was a dirty cup left in with the clean cups. The kitchen island had an electric outlet coming out of the side of it, which isn't very safe for children. We had to throw off the small pillows on the beds and couch because they had yellow stains on them, who knows what that would be. There were no safety gates for the stairs and we had to use a huge cooler to block my 2-yr old grandson from falling down the stairs. The washer was broken 4 out of the 6 days that we stayed in the cabin. My granddaughter had to wash all 9 kids laundry by hand because they were soaked from the broken washer. We reached out several times with no resolve until the 4th day. one of the bear safe trash bins had a broken latch and they fixed it with putting a rock on top of it. We put trash in it because the other two bins were full and we have bears for two days. We contacted the company to get it picked up and they never showed up. When we left, we had a pile of garbage bags in the kitchen because we couldn't leave it in any of the full bins. The sad part it housekeeping was there at 4 pm when my children try to check in but they said it wasn't rented. Come to find out it was because Top Villa never contacted AvantStay of our reservation. In my opinion the cabin should have been very clean and ready for us without any issues after paying over $3700 dollars for the cabin. I will never ever purchase any rentals through Top Villa or Advantstay. I'm a 78 year old woman that has congestive heart failure and my entire family had to clean the cabin just so we could stay in it for 6 days. We couldn't afford to turn around and rent another cabin and we sure in the hell wasn't going to drive back to Indiana and miss out on the vacation. Just beware when you book through both of these companies.
