Right across the beach, convenient to lots of touristy things to do/places to eat!

Because of everything being worn out we will never rent from this group again and we have been coming to Maui twice a year, a month each time, for fifteen years.

Beautiful apartment, close by beach and also the room is very big , they have everything is like your house, you can cocking in the apartment and they have washing machine, very good apartment

We've stayed in this condo before and loved it. The location is perfect. The condo is well-furnished. The kitchen has lots of good cooking supplies. The pool is lovely (appreciate the lap time in the morning). Very nice. Hope to stay here again.

Agents were very pleasant and efficient. This condo is adequate in every way. Nothing was done above and beyond. The condo was clean and presentable. Furnished adequately. Comfortable bed. Linens could use an upgrade but they were adequate. Minimal, low quality toiletries, but adequate. Minimal spices and other cooking supplies but adequate. The a/c units are adequate. I would give the location and the view 5 stars!!!!

Great selection of condos. Simply booking process and wonderfully helpful staff

The condo in and of itself was more than fine. Very clean comfy and casual. FANTASTIC VIEW!!!! I was just a little thrown off by the fact that we were just 20 mins early to check-in and they wouldn’t let us into the condo. Not only that, they wouldn’t even tell us the unit number. I CAN HONESTLY SAY, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS EVER EVER EVER HAPPENED. ANY OTHER CONDO I HAVE CHECKED INTO WAS ALWAYS READY EARLY. And by that, i mean an hour before, WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE WITH ANY OTHER CONDO I’VE RENTED. This was no problem at the Royal Mauian. So that was a little off putting. They let us stay until 11 for checkout though. But then again, IT SHOULD BE 11...like most other places. But overall, the condo was great. I would recommend it to others. I would just tell them not to try and check in early. By that I mean no more than an hour. Once again, this has never happened ANYWHERE ELSE WITH ME. In fact, they kept pushing the bar next door to wait in and get a drink. 3 times they said that. Hmmmm

The location and convenience of this property and the logistics of booking and checking in were great. The ocean front balcony really extended the amount of time that we could enjoy the view and the location. I could also watch my family enjoy a few sunset waves while I opted to sit on the deck to read or to watch over the dinner in the oven.
The only complaint we had was the tired and dated furniture and the lack of basic spices and sugar for coffee. We’ve stayed in other condos that were much better stocked which made it just a bit more homey and cut down on some items we needed to run out for.

Clean. Nice view. Good location. gave us extra time to leave.

Negative: cabinets stuck- need bumpers.

Terribly dated and the updates they have done done are sloppy. Looks like they were done by an amateur. Furniture is worn out. The bed is a back breaker. Carpet in bedroom and on the lanai is gross. This unit is in need of a serious deep cleaning. Cleanliness upon arrival totally unacceptable. I have pictures. One ply toilet paper and no coffee filters. Seriously! The roaches showed up last night.

Complained to rental agent and they were very responsive. Thus 2 stars and not 1.

On the positive side the kitchen is equipped with every pot, pan and appliance you will need. Blender, rice cooker, coffee bean grinder, everything but a meat thermometer. Maybe not the latest model but working and useful.

This is a great location, and the common areas are more than okay, but if the HOA does not insist on updating and better maintenance Sugar Beach Resorts will loose it’s glamour and appeal.

The resort was very clean and peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay. The only criticism I have is that the air conditioner definitely needs to be replaced. We could barely keep up on emptying the water trays and on high it literally sprayed water out of it all over the deck.

Have worked/used CRH for well over a decade booking multiple accommodation(s) through them during our visits to Maui. They are very service friendly / customer oriented and have always come through for me and my family.
When visiting in Maui, as well, anytime we had an issue with our unit or accommodation (which has not been often) & reached out to CRH, they attended to the problem immediately.
Would use them again in the future without hesitation.

The bed and pillows need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Location was amazing. The receptionist was very cold. Not friendly at al.
