J’ai acheté ma cricut explore air 2 il y a 3 ans et l’utilise de façon très occasionnelle.
Je me suis aperçue que mon support « A » pour stylo bougeait anormalement.
J’ai donc contacté cricut pour une réparation.
C’est la que commence le délire cricut !
Pas de réparation possible sur les pièces détachées.
La machine ayant plus de trois ans on me propose un bon d’achat de 50€ MAIS il y a des conditions !
Uniquement valable sur une machine et ma facture doit avoir un minimum de 150€ après déduction du bon et tout ça dans un délai de 30 jours max !
Je leur explique que la machine fonctionne très bien mis à part ce défaut.
Mais la politique de cricut c’est : on ne répare pas, on jette et on rachète !
Un tel comportement commercial en 2026 est tout à fait scandaleux !
Je leur ai expliqué que la machine était peu utilisée et donc qu’il s’agissait vraiment d’un défaut de fabrication, mais on ne me propose rien de plus que ce chèque cadeau bidon.
Une entreprise qui se remplit les poches avec des machines à obsolescence programmée, des consommables hors de prix, un design Space soit disant gratuit mais avec lequel on ne peut pas faire grand chose sans payer un abonnement.
Dommage car la machine est pas mal. Mais le SAV est à fuir !
Je pense déposer un dossier a la DGCCRF ! Il s’agit tout simplement d’une arnaque organisée.

I purchased a machine for my daughter from the Cricut online store. To place the order I had to open an account. During the order process I chatted with the customer service team, explaining that I was only the buyer and not the end user. I have now found out that Cricut has been charging me a monthly subscription for something I have never used. Now Cricut refuse to credit the charges.

Bought circut explore 6 months ago €399, it was in box not used for few months only recently started using for vinyl stickers only
3 weeks ago just stopped working red light so contacted customer care sent video evidence of how red light just keeps flashings
So was told I would need replacement machine which they would organise perfect so I thought
Next day an email and 10:30pm to say instead now they going to send a power wire to try!!!!
Rang them next day said why you saw video nothing wrong with power?
They have to do bit troubleshooting..
I explained they are delaying the process and I in a rush for the machine..
So wire arrived and of course did nothing to help
So same thing calls more videos zoom call the lot
To be told again new replacement machine will be sent and is being arranged
So two reference for same problem sorted so I thought…
A week later now no sign of the machine or tacking number so I rang to see can I have tracking to follow up..
To be told nothing has been sent and will I try another wire 😡
ARE THEY FOR REAL……….
I asked to speak to manager on duty left on hold for 15minutes and hung up on
Rang back was told they’ll log call and escalate a report for manager to call when available could be 24hours or so!!!!
So basically they are telling me lie after lie, delaying helping me, and my machine is still in warranty..
This is going on nearly a month already😡
Can anyone advise me on here before I go futher because this is horrible treatment, shocking customer care and I would advise anyone avoid Cricut

Save yourself much trouble buy stuff somewhere else, My Mug press stoped working from one day to another. Asked for help, out of warrenty! 'nothing to do and not fixable' In my opinie A discount on a new one was much in place here only got it for 3 years, did not used much 1-2 tims a week! Bad service!!!

Controlling and unintuitive. Software locks down unless online. Created content gets given to the company. This 'walled-garden' approach is controlling, allowing Cricut to retain control over user's creative content.

I bought myself the Cricut Maker 4 on a black Friday deal back in November. I didn't realize they had set me up for an automatic subscription to be billed monthly. I haven't received any receipts from this company indicating I've been getting charged $14.68 every month. I noticed a charge this morning when I was looking at my credit card bills and realized I had been charged 3 times for a service I hadn't even used yet. When I contacted customer support, I wad told these are non refundable charges. How am I supposed to cancel a subscription I don't even know I'm enrolled in? I didn't even know I had an account under the email I had used to purchase my machine. I am so irritated by these subscription scams, thanks for nothing Cricut

BUY BEWARE – 5-Day Return Policy
I placed a $900 order on Cricut.com and accidentally purchased three of the same item. Three days later, I left for a week-long convention. When I returned and discovered the mistake, I immediately contacted customer service to return the two extra items.
I was told I only had FIVE DAYS to make a return.
I wasn’t even home when the items were delivered. How is anyone supposed to guarantee they’ll be home within a five-day window? Are customers expected to sit around waiting for deliveries just to protect themselves?
A five-day return policy is unreasonable — especially for expensive purchases. Most companies offer 30 days.
There are plenty of other retailers that sell Cricut products with much more customer-friendly return policies. Don’t be tempted by Cricut’s $20 direct-order discount — it’s not worth the risk.
Very disappointing experience. Shop elsewhere.

You mention that if I still needed to contact you to get in touch BUT as previously stated it was Cricut (via Cricut review response) who asked me to make contact. Please see Maryam’s email response to me on 5th February, which I was following up.
I made my review based on my experience of purchasing from the Cricut shop UK website and together with my recent experience with Member Care I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It has been extremely difficult to resolve what I believe to be a clear and precise explanation of my experience with Cricut but I have been passed to and fro with different Member Care representatives who do not appear to take on board my concerns and requests.
To summarise:
I felt I received poor customer service following an order I placed and posted a review on the Cricut website to this effect
Cricut responded to this review and requested I contact Member Care
I contacted Member Care only to be asked what my query was, despite, I felt, making my contact clear. Eventually Maryam escalated my experiences and I am (still) waiting on a response from 5th February
After 5 years of using and purchasing Cricut products this is the first time I have experienced such poor customer care which has made me question my loyalty to this brand. I have already cancelled my Cricut Access subscription which I had been renewing annually.
As I have mentioned in most communications with you, you asked me to get in touch, I have nothing more to add.”

Le service après-vente est honteux. Les produits Cricut ont une durée de vie qui est prédéfinie à l'avance. Par exemple, sur la Cricut Press, le thermostat tombe en panne au bout de 2 ans, juste après la fin de garantie. Et comme il est impossible de le changer, il faut racheter l'appareil. Voilà comment assurer la continuité de la fabrication et maximiser les profits.

Intente comprar productos Cricut por su página web, la primera vez hicieron el cobro y al día siguiente me lo cancelaron. Lo intente de nuevo y no me dejaba hacer el pago. Llame al servicio al cliente y no le resolvieron nada, no pude realizar ninguna compra y en verdad lo intente más de 10 veces de diferente manera, diferente forma de pago, dispositivos diferentes, tarjetas diferentes, hasta hablé al banco para ver si mi tarjeta era el problema, lo cual no lo era. Recibí atención por correo pero al final no me resolvieron nada. Hice todo lo que me indicaron y no pude hacer ninguna compra. Ahorita leyendo los comentarios que tienen me doy cuenta que fue lo mejor que me paso ya que tiene muchos de ellos son negativos. Y obvio yo NO recomiendo esta pagina, no pierdan su tiempo ni mucho menos su dinero.

My machine arrived in a timely manner. Explorer 4 + Everything Bundle. However, it is less than reliable. 90% of the time it will not prompt to load the material. If it does, it will not prompt to press GO to start the cut. Keeps throwing error codes for connection issues. If the cut does start, it will freeze halfway through, ruining the cut, or will freeze right at the end and not allow the option to eject the material. You have to reset/turn off the machine and program to even try again - JUST TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. When using the Pen/Writing function, at the end of the job it froze and made this screeching/buzzing noise that would not stop. Sounded like a bad electrical motor type sound. Or like the sound that the old dial up internet connection would make.
The machine itself was dirty right out of the box - Covered in some kind of fine black dust/soot. The tape that holds the doors closed was removed, and there were a couple of fingerprints inside the "new" machine. I believe I received a defective or previously returned product.
I have the machine tethered with the USB cord and have not been using Bluetooth - IT WON'T EVEN CONNECT WITH BLUETOOTH. I have performed the suggested steps numerous times with issues immediately presenting themselves again - Uninstall and reinstall program, leave machine off for ten minutes, clear cache, Etc.
I contacted Cricut and requested a refund as I have had the machine for 30 days or less - The representative wanted to occupy 15 minutes of my time to try to troubleshoot. I was not interested in donating any more of my time to this machine and program. He refused to issue a return label so that a refund could be generated upon receiving the defective unit back.
What a disappointment. Initially I was excited to make a few new projects, but my experience with this machine and program has ruined all the joy in it. Moving on. Guess I am out the $250. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY.

Der Kundenservice ist leider unterirdisch. Wir haben vor 4 Wochen einen Cricut gekauft. Er lief 2 mal wovon 1 mal der Probeschnitt war. Inmitten meines ersten Projekts ließ er sich nicht mehr mit meinem Ipad verbinden. Auch mein Handy und das Handys meines Partners lassen sich nicht mehr verbinden. Nun wendeten wir uns vor 1 1/2 Wochen an den Kundenservice. Nach 5 Telefonaten und bestimmt 20 Mails später, in denen ich auch ein Video gesendet habe (ja per Mail, was gefordert war und dann natürlich eine entsprechende Qualität aufwies, logisch bei einem 3 Minuten Video) wurde mir nur wieder gesagt, dass die Reklamation nicht akzeptiert wurde. Und etliche Nachfragen wieso wir den Cricut nicht mit einem Computer benutzen, obwohl nach der ersten schon klar war dass wir keinen haben und ich den Cricut ja gekauft habe um ihn auch mit meinem Ipad benutzen zu können, passierte immer noch garnichts. Nachdem wir nun ein weiteres Video machen mussten und es auf Youtube hochladen sollten, haben wir per Mail keine Informationen mehr bekommen. Lediglich heute Nacht von einer anderen Email Adresse erhielten wir zwei Pdfs für eine Rücksendung, welche sich natürlich nicht öffnen lässt und defekt ist. Nun rennen wir weiterhin dem Kundenservice hinterher um ein Gerät zurückzusenden, welches defekt war bevor man es benutzen konnte und keine richtige Auskunft bekommt und so viel Zeit geschindet wird bis die Rücksendefrist vorbei ist.
Wir haben uns den Cricut gekauft um zeitnah Einladungen versenden zu können. Wahrscheinlich werden wir sie einfach extern drucken lassen müssen bis uns ein neuer Cricut erreicht. Einfach schlimm..

I am very disappointed in this machine. It is very difficult to create a project for me. You can’t upload more than one at a time. You actually spend more money trying to create your own iron on then to just purchase it already made. It is over the 30 days for me to return but I really wish I messed with this machine when I first got it so I could’ve sent it back. Then I tried doing a stencil cut and it didn’t cut through. Just having a hard time getting this and it’s very frustrating

In the last 4 month i was ordering 2 machine bundles from Cricut. Both times i was absolutely not satisfied with your delivery and customer support.
Order 1:
Ordered in the end of november 2025 as a Christmas gift. The bundle never arrived at my post station - nevertheless your team did not support me at all - besides starting tickets that they closed without any solution and notice. In the end, after weeks of failed communication with your Support Team and no solution from cricut site, i was forced to inform PayPal to get my money back.
Order 2:
I thought the failure with my previous order must have been a once in a lifetime mistake, so i tried a second order to give my mom her christmas present. The order was announced to be delivered a after 6 days. At first i was suprised as i received a delivery notice very fast, but it turned out that the first delivery only contained mats and tools. The rest of the ordered bundle has not been shipped yet and i did nor receive any information from the Cricut Support Team besides it may take up to 12 days. 12 days are over today and still i did not receive any delivery notice by now.
So this feels like not working out again.
Addition to Cricuts answer:
I appreciate the prompt Feedback on my Trust Pilot Report. I would be happy to receive an answer from your customer support as well. As they dont have any Tracking Numbers or other information for me it seems like they are ignoring my emails by now.

J’ai acheté une Cricut Maker 4 le 20 décembre, reçue le 24 décembre. La machine n’a jamais fonctionné dès la première utilisation.
Nous avons contacté le SAV à plusieurs reprises. Non seulement ils n’ont jamais réussi à résoudre le problème, mais les explications données au téléphone étaient floues et incohérentes, ce qui a rapidement fait naître un sentiment de méfiance.
À J+5 après la commande, j’ai décidé d’exercer mon droit de rétractation. Au téléphone, on m’a affirmé que ce n’était pas possible — ce qui est totalement faux au regard de la loi. J’ai insisté et maintenu ma demande.
La machine ainsi que tous les accessoires ont été renvoyés 10 jours plus tard. 48 heures après, le colis était réceptionné à l’entrepôt.
À partir de là, le parcours est devenu hallucinant : appels répétés, excuses contradictoires, et communication de soi-disant numéros de transaction pour un remboursement prétendument effectué. Après vérification auprès de ma banque, ces numéros étaient inexistants.
Après plus d’un mois et demi sans remboursement, j’ai dû envoyer une mise en demeure et effectuer un signalement via la plateforme officielle SignalConso pour que la situation se débloque enfin.
Je suis extrêmement déçue par cette expérience. Entre le produit défectueux, le refus initial de reconnaître un droit légal et les informations erronées concernant le remboursement, cela a été une perte de temps et d’énergie considérable.
Je ne recommande pas.

terrible technology, super slow and laggy, too much artificial intelligence that is not at all intelligent. I would suggest buying a machine you can adjust yourself. Definetly don't use the design space for laying out or patterns, don't pay for anything i beg you.

I have a circut explorer 2. I live in the state of Florida and the rubber grommets that pulled the material in and out of the machine have literally melted and got sticky. They’re like bubblegum and they ripped apart, so I called the company to ask for the parts I need she tells me there is no replacement and because it’s six years old, they will not do anything but did offer me a $50 rebate on some supplies. I even asked her if they’ve had any more issues with other calls like the rubber grommets melting and she even told me a few so you know it’s a defect, but you’re not gonna take care of the problem! How the heck am I gonna use supplies if I can’t use my machine then she proceeds to tell me well it is six years old. lady I don’t care I barely use this thing. You mean to tell me these things only last for six years that was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard so now I sit here with a $350 machine that I cannot use. CIRCUT SUX!!!!

I love my cricut and have had various versions from the beginning. I upgraded my cricut maker to cricut maker 3 but recently when I try to use the bluetooth function it keeps disconnecting midway through cuts.
At first I thought it was due to being in a different room [it work perfectly from the same position with my maker and to start with the maker 3] So i moved my laptop next to my machine and it still not work consistently with the bluetooth. I have no problems with any other bluetooth devices. I now have to always connect using the usb lead which can be very frustrating. I actually do not even mind paying for a subscription as feel it is very good value for money especially with the quarterly voucher and free p&p with the voucher so i save up my orders for then.
UPDATE: thank you for this. It does seem to have worked but i am finding that I need to remove and readd to Bluetooth each time i use

Mon compagnon a effectué un achat sur le site de cricut pour une machine. Il a demandé à annuler car il avait pris la mauvaise machine et a repassé une commande. La première machine n’a jamais été envoyée car il a annulé à temps. Cet incident remonte à plus de deux mois et il n’a toujours pas été remboursé de la première machine alors que les personnes au téléphone lui assure que le remboursement est en cours. (Il y a plus de 3 semaines de ça).
