Je vais m'abstenir d'être vulgaire !
On commande la cricut marker 4, arrivé a la confirmation de commande on s'aperçoit sans comprendre pourquoi mais c'est la explore alors qu'on a pas payer celle là !!
On appelle de suite on nous dit on va faire le changement, au final on reçoit un mail comme quoi NON on doit la recevoir être débité et après on l'a renvoie... Mais ce n'est pas fini !!! Ils ne prennent même pas les frais de renvoi a leurs charges alors qu'à la base l'erreur viens de leur lien qui avait une erreur !!! C'est honteux !!!

I placed an order about 20 minutes…

I placed an order about 20 minutes after placing the order I wanted to cancel. I got a hold of customer service and was told NO YOU CANT CANCEL. What? Are you kidding me? I said I don’t want the order why would you want to ship it to me only for me to return it? Tried arguing with them that this is the stupidest thing I ever heard. Nope still wouldn’t cancel my order. So they shipped it out. When it arrived contacted them again to say ok let’s do this return that I shouldn’t have had to do. Send me a shipping label nope YOU pay return shipping. I said are you kidding me I didn’t even want this SHIPPED in the first place!! My god and $23 to ship back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! Do not order from cricut only!!! DO NOT. Better deals elsewhere plus BETTER customer service elsewhere and WAY BETTER return & cancellations EVERYWHERE but here!!!!!! From the most pissed off customer!!!

Avoid at all costs

As others, I wish I’d read reviews before ordering.

I am so disappointed with this company. Having spent in the region of £1000 treating myself to a cricut (and associated mats, blades, vinyls etc) after years of wanting one, the machine stopped working after one week of use.

It took days to actually get to talk to someone, who then remotely disabled my machine and told me a replacement would be sent. A few days passed and I heard nothing. I had impressed upon them the need for a new machine before Christmas due to buying it specifically for making Christmas gifts. I am now told it will be end of January before a replacement arrives, but I can order a new machine and get it in three days!! What on earth is going on here?! How can this be legal? They won’t replace a defective machine in a timely manner, have remote disabled it to even make sure I can’t fix it or try and use it in the interim (happy to leave me without anything!) and are ignoring my calls and requests completely.

Terrible. Terrible company. Do not buy a cricut! Go with a different company.

BEWARE - passing your info to scammers

This company is passing on my personal details to scammers. I have only just dealt with them recently, and after contacting their CS, who were useless, I have been added into a scam WhatsApp group with other unknown contacts claiming they can help me make money. People beware and do not engage in any conversation and do not click any links they claim will lead you to money. I have reported to WhatsApp.

Maschine ist ok, Material / onlinedienst ist gruselig

Maschine ist ok, habe den Maker 3. die Klinge wird oft unscharf und der Onlineshop ist schlecht. Undurchsichtig, zu teuer, Qualität ist leider schlecht und die Ware wird nicht zurück genommen. Angeblich muss man sich nach 5 Tagen melden und das entspricht nicht der deutschen 14 Tage Regel. Sonst ist auch niemand erreichbar.

Utilisateur régulier de la Maker 3, je suis de plus en plus déçu par les dernières évolutions.
L’importation de texte ou d’images extérieures est de mauvaise qualité : les lignes censées être droites deviennent ondulées, et les textes importés perdent netteté et précision. Pour obtenir un rendu correct, il faut utiliser les polices du Cricut Store, dont certaines sont gratuites, mais la plupart sont payantes… ce qui limite fortement la créativité.

Autre point très frustrant : depuis la dernière mise à jour, il est devenu impossible d’ajuster les bords de l’image jusqu’au bord du support d’impression. Il reste systématiquement une marge d’environ 1,5 cm, ce qui gâche la mise en page et fait perdre de la surface de travail.
Avant, ce problème n’existait pas, et tout fonctionnait beaucoup mieux.

En résumé, la qualité et la flexibilité ont nettement baissé, dommage pour une machine pourtant performante à la base.

I bought some material that i want to…

I bought some material that i want to return. First of all there is not much information about returns on their website. They make you email them
, then take phots, send it to the via email and then they will send you instructions by email on how to post it and then you have to send it to all the way to Netherland, which doesn’t make sense because they have warehouses in the UK so I don’t know why they make you return it all the way to Netherland. Anyway i had To pay £15 out of my own pocket.

AVOID

AVOID, I wish I checked here first!! I’ve come here a week after being messed around by Cricut who have stolen my money and keep fobbing me off with no item (Cricut Maker 4)!
A week of being messed around, a promise of a new machine and good comms, I’ve had nothing. I was promised I’d be able to speak to someone on Saturday and definitely a new machine would be sent to me swiftly.. there is no one to talk to at all over a weekend!! So fobbed off on Friday by the team member. If you want anger and stress then proceed with buying from Cricut otherwise avoid! I have spent so much in Cricut items recently (other shops) which are pointless without the machine itself, but I now want to get rid of them all. I have asked to raise this as a complaint and have been promised a manager would call me and that hasn’t happened! Looks like I need to go through legal routes to get my money back!!

there is nothing good about this company, I don't understand how such terrible companies can exist. I have two maker 3's, which were less than a year old when I stopped using them because the software is just bugged and useless. I switched over to silhouette, which I have 7 of now (that's a lot of sales Cricut missed out on) I had thousands of laminated print files that I had professionally printed and laminated at great expense. I've ran out of stock and need to cut some of the old stock, but when I try to do that, I'm told my image is to large (by .25mm)... well I cant redo my laminated sheets can I, so thank you again Cricut for wasting even more of my time and money, they will all have to go in the bin.

Terribile, lenta, ha sempre problemi, ogni volta dimentica le impostazioni e accesso, sul periodo delle feste poi non ne parliamo. Davvero pessimo acquisto. Non la consiglio.

Machines et matériaux ludiques et créatifs

Je ne comprends pas tous ces avis négatifs sur Cricut.com.
J'ai déjà fait plusieurs commandes sur ce site (de matériel et une machine), sans jamais avoir de problème. Tout est très bien emballé et livré rapidement.
Concernant le site marchand, on peut reprocher des traductions en français pas toujours parfaites et on aimerait plus de descriptions sur les machines (dimensions extérieures par exemple).
Pour l'utilisation, oui, il faut passer par le logiciel qui incite à s'abonner pour avoir plus de contenu créatif, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire. Mais on s'en sort très bien sans s'abonner.

If I could give minus stars I would.
I ordered a Cricut Mega Bundle from Cricut via Amazon on 8th October 2025 & given a delivery date of 19th November. I thought this was a long time but waited patiently.
On 17th November, I noticed Cricut advertising with a next day delivery. I contacted Amazon to see why I’ve had to wait this long but was just told it should arrive as planned on the delivery date so waited again .
Having taken the day off to get my long awaited delivery, I checked tracking & was absolutely stunned to see Cricut had cancelled my order with no explanation or apology - after taking my money & over a month wait, what an absolute joke. They had held hundreds of pounds of my money for over a month then just didn’t send the item. No reason provided or anything.
Was initially given excuses about availability which I instantly dismissed as product was still being advertised.
I was told by Amazon not to buy from this seller again as only had 3 stars so I’m passing this info to all prospective customers, these are a shower of shyte

Service après vente déplorable

Service après vente déplorable. On me fait tourner en bourrique pour une vidéo, que j ai déjà envoyé 3 fois ! Pitoyable. Cricut poyr moi c est terminé, ma machine n a pas 2 ans et des dysfonctionnements à n'en plus finir. À EVITER ABSOLUMENT !

Horrible product & customer service

Horrible customer service! Do not buy! If you purchase from Michael’s and end up having a problem with the machine they will not take it back. Once you open the box you need to return it to Cricut directly. However, they don’t accept returns! Won’t even exchange it despite their fake 45 day satisfaction guarantee. Not worth it at all!

Ich würde mir keinen Cricut mehr kaufen

Ich war eigentlich sehr zufrieden bis von jetzt auf gleich die Gravierspitze nicht mehr erkannt wurde. Kundenservice hat reagiert, allerdings kann man es nicht reparieren, weil es keinen Reparaturservice gibt. Sie wollten mir ein neues Werkzeug schicken, damit ich probieren kann ob es daran liegt. Zwei Tage später kam die Mail das sie doch kein Werkzeug schicken können. Falls es auch nicht an dem Werkzeug liegt sondern an der Maschine habe ich eh Pech. Laut Aussage des Kundenservice kann ich dann nur eine neue kaufen. Ich verwende ihn nicht täglich, vllt einmal im Monat, meistens nur zum Gravieren. Ist echt ärgerlich.

Nachtrag:
Ich habe nach langer Zeit mein Knife Blade verwenden wollen, oh Wunder das wird auch nicht mehr erkannt. Verwendet vorher ca. 3x. Nächstes teures Werkzeug, das nicht mehr verwendet werden kann.

Auch habe ich mich wie unten gewünscht an den Support gewendet. Sogar mit Screenshots der Antwort. Leider kam außer ich soll Videos schicken und anrufen nichts. Danke das habe ich vorher schon gemacht.

Nochmal ein Nachtrag.
Ich wurde von Cricut kontaktiert und ein Austausch des Geräts erfolgte. Bei dem neuen Gerät funktionieren alle Werkzeuge.
Vielen Dank. Habe daher die Bewertung angepasst.

Don’t spend your money here!

I bought a Cricut mug press and it malfunctioned right out of the box, all of cricuts products have to be activated online and the press fails to activate, I called customer service and we went through all of the trouble shooting steps 5 times! And the machine still wouldn’t work, I unfortunately misplaced my receipt so they are refusing to either fix or replace their defective product, I have video of me literally opening the box, I filmed it for an unboxing video, but that besides the point, they know it’s their product and they know that it’s defective! They get their money and I get a 140.00 dollar piece of garbage, literally, there’s nothing else to do with it except throw it away!! If you read this please don’t buy anything from them! Buy an unbranded machine from a different company! Even amazon! At least amazon will refund you if you receive a defective product! Go read the reviews on their machines and you’ll see that they are known for selling defective products and refusing to fix the issues! They are a disgrace, and run an unethical business! You can’t just take peoples hard earned money and give them defective products and not make it right! That’s completely unacceptable ! Don’t do business with these people!
