Sagrada Familia guided tour
We visited Sagrada Familia in Barcelona with Vitaly as our tour guide. It was very engaging and well done. We enjoyed every minute of our tour.

Geweldig genoten, SaraH!

The most boring tour imaginable. A great waste of time.
We used Crown Tours. The man who greeted us at the Arch was friendly and informative. But the tour guide turned out to be more in love with her own voice than the actual works of art. We had a company-imposed limited time, only two hours, to see what they assured us would be the main works of art. Instead, this woman stood in front of a stone wall and intoned for fifteen minutes on the fortifications of the Louvre. It was an hour before we saw the first great work, the Venus de Milo. As the clock ticked she stood us in front of a myriad of minor artists and blathered and blathered and blathered about someone's brother or the politics of the era. Great, if you're in an art history class and have a whole semester for that drek. Not so great hoping to see the best the Louvre has to offer. Finally, my family took off our radio receivers, handed them to her, and went to see the Mona Lisa ourselves before the time limit forced us to leave. It was a boring waste of time and a major disappointment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations and that the pacing and content left you feeling disappointed.
A Louvre highlights tour should feel engaging, well balanced, and focused on the major works guests have come to see. We take your comments regarding the route, timing, and guiding style very seriously.
Please send your booking reference number to feedback@crowntours.com so we can review the tour in detail and investigate what happened.
