Strange company. Interview you but do not have the decency to tell you the outcome after 3 weeks. Took me multiple calls and getting fobbed each time to finally get an answer. Not before being hung up on by one of the "customer service" staff. Be warned any potential companies thinking of using these

Absolutely shockingly bad, recently bought out RED call centre and we have been patient with them for months, but recent call recordings have shown an utterly dismissive and frankly rude way in dealing with our customers.

IF YOU VALUE YOU BUSINESS DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EMPLOY CS NOTEPAD TO HANDLE YOUR CALLS< THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER GOODWILL

This is exactly the service I needed for years, but had no idea even existed! Total business saver. My business can still have a UK base even though I'm now abroad. All mail is scanned over to me. Everything runs smoothly and securely. CSnotepad are great to deal with.

I started using their address service, so impressed that I was quick to jump on their telephone answering service too. Nice team of staff, a good selection of business services to make life easier for a business owner. Really easy company to work with, will continue to use with confidence.

I hold three virtual mail accounts with CS Notepad. They handle, scan and email the post to me so I can distribute these to my client. On 26th September 22, they passed a post dating back several months to an unverified third party relating to my clients and my company. There appear to be no processes in place for GDPR.

Stringent GDPR in place that allows a person to enter the building and without Identification leave with posted correspondence from four different companies.

We have used CS Notepad for many years. They have been perfectly reliable and always there to help when we needed extra help with phone calls. I 100% recommend them.
