Great service from CS Notepads. So easy to use, so cost effective, I don't know why I didn't use them years ago.

I am proud to be a customer of this company. My customers comment on how efficient, professional and polite the call handlers are when dealing with my calls.
I received a few quotes on a call handling service, and although this company was not the cheapest I’m please to say with such a high level of customer service I feel I definitely made the right choice.

We have been using CS Notepad for the past 2 years. They are absolutely amazing, extremely polite and always give a professional service.
They have helped us while on holidays and unable to take calls and dealing with new customers. Particularly Ben Cassan and Warren Frances have always gone above and beyond with any questions we have had and any issues we needed amending such as changes to personal numbers and our stuff. The money we have managed to saved by not having to pay someone to man our office for incoming calls has been a god send. We can not recommended them enough!!

Provide us with an answering service that enables us to be always accessible to the public in spite of being a volunteer organisation run part-time. Prompt response when scripts need tweaking and if we need to query a message that's been taken. Occasional blips with straying from the script or inaccuracy of message taking but always swiftly resolved.

Have had my customers calling them poor - when I've called them back after receiving a message I've had 3 or 4 people say "who was I speaking to? They weren't very helpful". Inadequate messages passed on (incorrect spelling of names/emails/phone numbers) on numerous occasion. when I've been out all day (and told them so) they've told customers I'll call them back - leaving them frustrated. Resolution of problems generally unhelpful. Stuck with them a while as they were reasonable value despite all this for the small number of calls we required. Since they dramatically increased their prices they aren't any more.
