I've been using CS Notepad since 2012 and always found them to be highly professional, very courteous to my callers. They have been helpful with any questions and very flexible. I like that all of their staff are well spoken, and my callers don’t realise they are talking to a ‘call centre’. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help answering their calls, or who want to give their business a more professional presence.

I have been using CS Notepad for over 4 years and can't recommend them enough. There customer service is great, have proven to be super flexible to adapt to changes with my requirements and super friendly. Before using CS Notepad I had experience of their larger competitors but due to their size I always felt like I was dealign with a call centre and therefore so would my clients as they couldn't give the the same local personal touch these guys can give. 10/10 and thoroughly recommend to others.

They truly offer a professional service. The staff is super friendly and highly trained. I never had one problem with their service. Just all around a great company. The prices are also great. We shopped around and in terms of value and service nobody comes close. No hesitation recommending them. Thanks again

I've been with CS for years and never had a bad experience. Their customer service is perfect for my needs and I'm not sure I could have the business I do today without them.
During these recent months, they have clearly adapted quickly to the changing needs and maintained the good level of service they've always provided. In a world of so much uncertainty, it's been great to have that constant to rely on.

I have had an account with this firm for 12 years and cannot praise them enough. They always respond positively and nothing is too much trouble. Customers really believe they are speaking to a member of our team. Regretfully we are now closing our business (retiring) and so our association will end, but I am so glad that we decided to go ahead with them.

For three months of running, what amounts to a letterbox.
They charged 100 gbp, this is after the 30 gbp they took in the first instance. Forced me into another three months. And now I'm getting 28 gbp a month in administration fees.

Still not one invoice for my payments, either .. who are they trying to cheat??

Now they’re resorting to extortion! Threatening to sue me, if their contract, which I didn’t sign (!!!) isn’t met!

Fourteen days of ‘service’ at £54.00!!!!!!! October 18th ish to today 7/11/19.

Whatever you do, do not sign anything!!

Don’t do business with them.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best service I have used.
Not only are they professional but they are remarkably pragmatic too. If something is slightly outside the norm they will soon find a solution.

When it comes to day-to-day work it is smooth and effortless. It take the hassle away from me and makes my life easier. With CSNotepad it just works.

I recommend it to anyone who has such a need.

Ben Casson has been brilliant in setting up my virtual office etc.
