This course has been beneficial for me. It has greatly enhanced my understanding of what it takes to be a strong tech leader. I’ve gained valuable insights into how other stakeholders—such as CEOs, investors, and fellow CTOs—define and measure the success of a CTO or tech leader.
The quality of the lecturers is good, each one brings deep expertise to their respective domains. The courses are designed by experienced CTOs and other C-level professionals, ensuring they focus on the skills and knowledge that are truly valuable for students.
What I found most interesting was the framework provided to evaluate and measure whether I, as well as other tech leaders, am succeeding in my role. It also offers a clear roadmap for growth and improvement.

CTO Academy's online MBA course was a fantastic experience! The content was practical, insightful, and constantly updated with the latest and greatest. I felt part of a great community that truly gets tech leadership. Sure, the video and sound quality occasionally gave off 'early 2000s webcam vibes,' but that just added character! Plus, I listened to most lessons while walking my dog or driving—if my golden retriever had a LinkedIn, he'd probably be a junior CTO by now. This was a marvellous journey together with CTO Academy. I wish I've done it few years earlier...
Course material is great, along with additional materials allowing you to dive deeper into the topic. Lectures are nicely structured into 15-20 minutes recordings (in average), allowing for greater flexibility.
Personally, I really like lots of practical examples and real-life experience shared during the course, along with some of well-structure frameworks and methodologies.
Ultimately, this course allowed me to build a clear picture on what good CTO look like and how to move towards such position. Thank you Andrew and Jason!
