Thank you for your email and for sharing your feedback regarding both the Care Professionals and our team. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way.
Curam operates as a self-managed introductory platform, connecting clients with self-employed Care Professionals. This model is designed to give both parties choice and flexibility. Care Professionals are independent and may decide whether or not they feel able to accept or continue with a particular arrangement.

Following a full review of the history of bookings, concerns raised, and the suitability of the arrangements in place, we have concluded that our platform is not the right fit for your current requirements. For this reason, we have taken the decision to close both accounts. Our priority is to ensure that care arrangements are appropriate, safe, and sustainable for both clients and Care Professionals. Given the level and complexity of support required, a more structured agency-led or residential setting may be better suited to your needs.

We sincerely wish you and your partner the very best in securing the right ongoing support.
