The booking was quite straightforward, this was the first time we have use this company. Met with the career he was very nice. Haven't yet booked for him to stay with my husband but definitely will when I need help..

Excellent experience
From the start dealing with Curam has been easy despite my initial reservations of doing everything remotely. I was able to find out about a possible carer living near my Mum, we exchanged some messages then chatted on the phone before arranging a face to face meeting with Mum and she agreed to have support. One month on, Mum is very pleased with carer Sally “really likes her” and it’s great to see a positive relationship building as Mum maintains her dependence with a bit of help where needed.The invoicing is done via email and I pay in advance to Curam when the session is agreed. After it’s taken place I’m asked to confirm. I’m delighted with both the system and carer.

Exceptional customer service and care
Great customer service from beginning to end and throughout.
Ashleigh-Louise really understood what we needed and delivered well over and above, which made the process very simple and provided additional reassurance for a service we have not used before. Would 100% recommend and use again.

All the help I needed
The help and care I received from Paula-Daniele was so good, she could not have done more. My criticism of Curam is that they should also allow for irregular, one-off jobs. I need such help, but struggling to find help for suchhelp.

Curam is reliable agency supplier of staff. All their staff are DBS checked and have right training for work. Our job at Care4You Healthcare was made lighter in finding right staff for work at short notice.

Care was very good,would recommend this company to anyone, our carer kept me updated every day on how John was getting on and the activities they were doing , the house was clean and tidy and all the washing was done, no complaints at all , I would use this company again

Fantastic company for finding a self employed carer for continuety, read profiles and contact the carer direct, it beats using an agency where anyone turns up.
The self employed carers are vetted and police checked DBS
