Great way to save

This is a great way to save without it really having much of an impact. Communication is great and kept informed when contributions have been sent each month so you can keep track of how much your saving.

4 years and counting to complete a pension transfer into my fund. Support team unresponsive and not proactively supportive. Complaints team also poor and missing their own reply timelines
