Rosie was a terrific travel agent

Susan and her team gave us an experience we will never forget, personalised tours, drivers and guides went above and beyond. Nothing was too much. Communication throughout our holiday to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. We will definitely be using Custom Asia Travel again.

Whole trip was handled brilliantly from dealing with Tracy on WhatsApp before leaving to final pickup to airport.

I'm so delighted to review the incredible Custom Asia Travel. Susan and her entire team thought of every conceivable detail for our 2 week stay in Vietnam. We were met with cheerful, professional drivers and guides at each destination in our multi-city tour. The excursions booked by CAT felt bespoke and breathtaking. The hotels were expectional by any standard and Susan's met our group of friends in Hanoi to assure us of her commitment to our enjoyable trip. I've never felt so taken care of on a trip. We worked with this travel agency to organize a multi-country group trip to Thailand and Vietnam, and overall the experience was excellent. Planning a complex itinerary across multiple cities and countries is no small task, and the agency handled it with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.

Our agent, Minh, was consistently quick to respond to emails, flexible with our requests, and extremely helpful when several travelers had to cancel. Communication throughout the planning process was smooth and reassuring.

All hotels were well located, comfortable, and offered good breakfasts. Transportation throughout the trip was reliable and always on time, which made moving a large group stress-free.

Several of the local guides stood out for their excellent English, deep knowledge, and engaging storytelling. Their passion truly enriched our experience.

The itinerary was well curated, with many memorable activities. Highlights included Kanta Elephant Sanctuary, a Vespa food tour in Ho Chi Minh City, a cooking class in Hua Hin, the Citadel in Hue, a monk’s blessing at Doi Suthep in Chiang Mai, the Cu Chi tunnels, the Hanoi train experience, and a relaxing overnight cruise. Meals were generally very good, with several standout restaurants that our group loved.

Overall, this agency delivered a thoughtfully planned, enjoyable, and memorable trip. I would personally recommend them for group travel in Southeast Asia and would happily work with them again in the future.

Everything was just perfect: hotels choice, car transfers, air transport English speaking guide, selection of restaurants.
Travelling with such accurare organisation is high money value because you can concentrate and enjoy your time and the wonderful Countries we have visited

Everything went wrong , this company is terrible. They don’t help you with issues in hotels.
There tour guides don’t speak English.
There cars are very old and smelly.
They charge you for things that are not needed.
They put us in a $800 a night boat hotel that was horrible and didn’t help us leave.
I don’t recommend them at all .

Sally organized our 7 days trip in Hanoi-Sapa-Halong Bay. It was smooth and relaxing.
all we have to do is make one simple booking with CTA and they will take care of the rest.

Abbiamo prenotato un tour di 20 giorni in Vietnam. È stata un'esperienza da sogno, tutto perfetto ed organizzato nei minimi dettagli. From the first moment I made contact with Custom Asia Travel and Molly replied, I knew we were going to be looked after and have an awesome holiday. And we did. After a few adjustments to our initial itinerary which Molly was more than happy to do, we couldn’t wait to go. On day 1 of our tour, our guide Thang and driver Hien picked us up right on the agreed time and looked after us for the entire trip. Hiens car was spotless and extra comfy to travel in. Thang was such a knowledgeable guide who shared so much of his knowledge with us. We enjoyed our bike rides, treks through the villages and overall experience that Molly’s itinerary provided us with.
