Enjoyed an extremely memorable trip to Cambodia and Vietnam organised by Custom Asia Travel. All the hotels were comfortable and in a good location. This is our 2nd tour through Vietnam coordinated by Ms Susan. Our First tour, in 2016 for 13 days venturing from South VN to North VN was very fun, reliable , and most of all SAFE !
For this trip , we wanted to see SaPa, VN for three days , so of course, we reach out to Ms Susan again. She replied promptly ! And within a few hours she had a detailed itinerary for approval. Payment was made with secure link set up, no worries there. Ms Susan was always in touch with us as we adventured through SaPa. The tour guide - Mr Sang was fluent in English and very informative . The drivers was safe and always on time.
Special thanks to Ms Susan for being an absolutely, detailed perfectionist ! She even coordinated for our luggages to be picked up from our previous hotel to our new hotel when we arrived back in Hanoi. Then she personally called the driver to make sure that we are safely picked up and transferred to our final destinated hotel.

I found Custom Asia Travel online and fortunately connected with Molly Hue,their diligent and wonderful travel planner. She created a custom 20 day tour for my husband and me including Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Bai Tu Long Bay, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. We exchanged many emails and she was great at adapting the trip to accommodate our needs. Before the trip, I developed some mobility issues and as the trip progressed, Molly and our guides adjusted itineraries and proved support like electric buggies, so that I could see as much as possible. The hotels Molly chose were terrific and had amazing customer care. She gave us the best possible experience- for example, she moved our cooking class to Tam Coc resort, where we had a private fishing excursion to catch freshwater shrimp, then had a private cooking class. Also, she booked Bai Tu Long Bay with Indochina in the 4 cabin Prince Junk. This trip is less busy and features more pristine waters than Halong Bay.
All of our guides-Callum, Phat and Nguyet were caring, professional, well informed, interesting and flexible. Molly was accessible throughout our tour and we even got to meet with her on two occasions.
I researched other small group tours from Canadian and American companies and they could not compete with Custom Asia Travel’s bang for your buck. I don’t think we could ever find better service than what Molly Hue gave us.

We have used Custom Asia Travel for our customised tours over the many years - twice in North Vietnam, once for Yangon Myanmar and most recently for our trip across Laos. We always trust them with our customised trips and tours including recommending them to friends. Susan Nguyen who has worked with us through the years has always been prompt and flexible to our plans and needs, which has really allowed us to enjoy our travels.

Everything was done as planned, the hotels booked were excellent, and the private car was clean and the driver was very good.

one bad thing we experienced was when the Driver and the Guide took us to Sapa via a short cut and the road was full of holes and bumpy

Sally organised our 5day tour of Mhin Bhin and Halong bay. Very professional and well organised. Sally always available and have great advice for tour.. She checked we were happy every day . I would use her again and recommend her to all my friends . 5 star service. Thankyou

Minh at Custom Asia booked us a trip of 33 days travelling from North to South of Vietnam. Not once did we have a problem, everything went smoothly which was some feat as we stayed in 13 different hotels and had many organised private tours. I would definitely recommend them to book your adventure.

We recently traveled to Vietnam and Cambodia. Sally at Custom Asia Travel was outstanding in helping us design the trip(based on what we liked to do). She was in daily contact with us and our drivers and guides to ensure everything went smoothly. Couldn't give this company any higher rating. They really went above and beyond our expectations.

My husband and I booked an 18 day touring holiday of Vietnam through Minh at Custom Asia travel. We booked our own flights to and from the UK and Minh arranged the airport transfers .
Our Itinerary covered Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Hue, Saigon and Phu Quoc Island.
We told Mihn roughly what we wanted see and do and she planned all the flights,hotels,excursions,guides and drivers in between- making suggestions and tweaking the itinerary to fit it all in.
In short, she was amazing!
We also had overall say on all the hotels before she booked them- they were all fabulous.
Our guides were all professional, knowledgeable , fun! and spoke good English and were very adaptable to any changes we wanted to make along the way. .
The drivers were great and the cars were immaculate.
Minh was on hand at the touch of text/ call before and during our visit..

We had a fantastic holiday of sapa -Fansipan hike and an overnight cruise of halong bay arranged by our agent Min Ninh. A very pleasant person and did the needful according to our wants and needs. Overall fantastic experience.

Overall the trip was very good. We really enjoyed it. I'm planning to bring my family.

I found Custom Asia online and asked them to organize a tour including golf, visit to famous sites and cultural experiences for a total of 15 days.
They delivered to expectations and I would recommend them for anyone wanting to visit Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

We , a group of 2 couples, were able to enjoy a wonderful Vietnam/Cambodia trip via Custom Asia Travel. The tour of 26days was fully planned based on our wishes and with the advices of Susan of Custom Asia. Our tour arrangements included guides, drivers, hotels, and in-tour regional flights. Breakfasts, lunches, and all entry fees to attractions were included. The total tour price was very competitive with other providers of tour arrangements.
Kudos also to the motorcycle (Ha Giang Loop) and car drivers, the excellent -english speaken- guides and the efficient organization and transport! The accommodations were also very well and all centrally situated.
Highly recommended organisation !
