I have ordered their product as a christmas present and it was despatched ans sent out very quickly, unfortunately the courier messed everything up and as sent it back to customphotowallet. They have been nothing but helpful keeping in communication with me throughout the whole time letting me know what was happening. I could not of ask for better customer service from anyone.

I am amazed by how fast and how patient and helpful Elsie was with me help me reach my end goal of the products and be satisfied, I recommend her 100%, especially how she’s been helping me by her self and not change the person everytime i needed assistance, she stayed with me over 2 weeks helping around, highly appreciated

I recommend this company 100% i emailed a couple days after I realised I made a mistake with my order and got a reply back very quickly with amazing service of them fixing my problem with just a small fee as it needed to be redone. Will definitely buy from this company again with the friendly service I received:)

I ordered a wallet with two pictures and a message on the back. The quality was excellent and it looked perfect. But, there was only one picture one the wallet. I was so disappointed because this was going to be an anniversary gift for my wife. Even if I reordered, I knew the new order would not get here on time. I was disappointed and a little mad. Now what was I going to do for a gift? But to my surprise, I didn't need to be upset at all. I sent an email to the company and received immediate responses regarding the error. Elise was apologetic for the mistake and asked what could be done to make it right. She offered to send another wallet with both pictures asap, and told me I could keep the "first" wallet too. So I'll let my wife know she's getting another one later, but at least I have a gift to give on our special day. Thank you so much. I will definitely tell others to order from this company. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you correct them that matters. Great customer service!
