I have used this company several times for wallets for my boyfriend. We have always been very impressed every single time. I highly recommend this company and I have told both my friends and family about them! I will forever use this company when getting products from them.

This company is based in China, NOT the UK. I waited over 2 months for a parcel which was due before Christmas. I kept being told that the parcel is on its way, I waited and waited only to be asked to wait again, and again, and again. I was told I would get a full refund BUT the most recent email from this company says, they may charge me if my parcel is returned.... (the one I've never received) This company used Evri (My Hemes) who have changed the status approximately 17 times from start to finish, and yet I still have no parcel or refund! UK Trading standards should not allow .co.uk to be used by Non UK companies. I will now have to speak to my bank to do a chargeback.... Terrible company!!!!!!

I'm gonna add to the horror stories. No protective film covering the main face of it showing the item. Put a protective film in the wrong side of it as if the have the Spotify plaque the wrong way round. Honestly don't order from this website as was a Christmas present on a whim but made no effort in packaging to protect the item from getting damaged

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute rip off! Do not buy! It took weeks to come, when it did was all battered and bruised. There was no remote and it does not state anywhere you need a spotify account to play. It looks as though you play it from the plaque. I have asked for a refund and they will not issue one. Terrible customer service please stay away from, wish I had!

Ordered a night light on the 4th December, delivery states 4-7 days which is clearly a lie to encourage you to make the purchase. Its now the 22nd Dec and my order still hasn't arrived! Emailed them and they are still blaming Covid for the delay! Tracking hasn't been updated since the 12th Dec! One xmas present down now! absoulte joke of a company.

Made an order for 2 personalised items on the 5th of December. Website states 4-7 business days for the order. We are now on the 15th business day and still not received anything. Unless by a miracle it comes in the next two days that will be 2 Christmas gifts that won’t be here. Emailed twice and just been told it’s at customs and it has not updated or changed for 7 days now. Said the delay is due to covid but I fail to see how that is relevant now as every service is back to normal now. Why state on the site 4-7 days for an other when in fact it is way longer than this. Not happy at all

Annoyed isn't even a part of it ordered a personalised wallet for my partner at beggining of month be delivered 5-7 days qnd today the tracking updates qs been returned to sender, they didnt even try to deliever it qnd can't get in contact to get a refund DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!

Should’ve read the reviews. The quality is horrible. I bought a photo wallet. The print job is decent but the letters on the back are too tiny to read. I got my daughter the keychain with the song and the photo which was scratch all over the acrylic with no backing over the photo so if it gets rained on the photos as good as gone. And thirdly I bought my brother a card for Christmas with a photo of him and his son with a song and it is bent. The resolution was a 10% discount off my wallet and I was told that the film is what’s causing the scratches which I’m an intelligent woman. I was hoping it was the film but then I took it off. I would’ve loved it if the film was causing the scratches but they weren’t. There was also a sticker on the front that I could not get off and the only way to get it off was to soak it but with no backing on the back of the photo I had to use my finger nail So that may have caused scratching but I try to be as delicate as possible. These gifts were very important to me. It was about the sentimental meaning not the money. Now I have no gifts at least not the special gift they look real crappy and I think I would be insulting to the person I would give them to.

The woman I spoke to was very nice and offered me great solutions for the products I purchased. I am very thankful!

I ordered a custom made wallet with a photo of my family and I can honestly say the service I have received has been fantastic. I had a query on my item after purchase and was answered within a day by Vivian who was friendly and informative. The item was delivered in the timescale given and the quality of the wallet and the photo engraved was very accurate. I had reservations after reading some of the reviews but I'm glad I gave Custom Photo Wallet a go. They have delivered an excellent product, provided great customer service and I would happily use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Although my order too longer than I thought/stated (17 days) I got in contact and had great customer service! When I emailed asking where my order was I got a prompt reply with a tracking number and the items arrived a day later! Super happy with the products although a lot smaller than I thought! If you’re thinking of ordering with this company I’d give yourself a couple of weeks longer than you need to make sure it gets here in time!

I ordered an item on 31/10 for a birthday on 12/11
Received an email from royal mail on 7/11 stating it was on the way etc
As of today I still do not have the item I purchased at a cost of £65
Despite numerous emails between someone called daisy and myself , I am simply being told I have to wait for it to be delivered
Numerous excuse from them
1) it the carrier
2) it's royal mail
3) we are sorry but
4) we are doing our best
5) our website says ? But yet when I send them screenshot of Thier website they ignore it or skip round the issue

Etc etc etc

I requested a refund for which they refused
I may be able to give the person the gift that was intended for thier birthday as a Christmas gift with any luck

I would avoid this company at all costs unless you want to spend money and have no idea when you will get what you paid for

Update 23/11/2022

I have now received emails stating that the item is with royal mail and been giving a tracking number
Cannot track it via the email and upon calling royal mail, surprise the tracking number does not exist nor does the parcel
I can only assume that the company have forged an email from royal mail to try and get rid of me

They offere a 25% refund once the item was delivered but if I never recieve it am I simply to write off 75% as having had the pleasure of corresponding with them ??

Ordered a spotify glass light and a custom card, it came 2 weeks late and the card was missing! It's a cheap piece of plastic... it's also from china, avoid this company and read the reviews, utter scam artists

Really nervous now. I ordered a pictured moon light almost two weeks ago for my mums birthday present which is tomorrow and its still not arrived. Now I've checked the reviews which I should of done beforehand im really nervous whether I'm even going to recieve this and what condition its going to be in. Either way the vip is useless as its taken so long to arrive i won't be able to give it to my mum on her birthday and it was a special item with my grandads picture on who's passed...

Update....
Finally recieved it and sadly not good news. Box damaged and dinted. Its absolutely tiny and cheap plastic with bits of plastic hanging off all over it. The picture is barely visible. Do not order from here absolute disgrace!!!
