Do not buy. I bought a Spotify plaque, the song name came incorrect and the length of the song was incorrect l, it was also printed on cheap plastic and not glass and came with a stand that does not stand up. I never usually review items but this is shocking and a waste of money. They refuse to fix this issue or refund me even when I have shown them a preview of what they promised me and identified the inconsistencies in the product.

Do not buy! I never write reviews but this product has ruined my gift. The material is so cheap it tears away it arrived damaged in corners. I emailed the company and they offered 4 pound which is ridiculous as I just wanted to receive a gift that was good quality ! Please order else where !

My item was late. Made me pay extra for VIP? Which was for nothing. They just squeezed more money out of me. Charged almost £10 for delivery. When my item finally got here, they had scratched it all up. The protective cover is on the BACK OF IT? So the front of it is ruined. They put a random sticker saying “TEAR THIS WAY” on the most important part, a picture of me and my boyfriend, which wont come off and has actually damaged the cheap material. Absolutely ruined valentines day and I am distraught.

I've ordered 2 items from here, 1 has not been delivered & the other item has but it's poor quality. All the ink is coming off & the font on the back is not correct. Wouldn't recommend them. Nearly £100 spent on rubbish.

This would be zero stars if I could. My item didn't arrive although it states been delivered. After contacting them no help whatsoever was instructed that I have to contact the post office. Managed to get a photo of the item being left on a doorstep which looks like mine but so does many of the doors on my street as its of the bottom part of the door with the item left sitting there. Item stated it was delivered at 11.15 so it was left in sight for anyone who walked past for over 6 hours until I got home from work. Company refusing to resend the item or refund as supposedly if leaving a parcel on a door step to get stolen it still means it was delivered successfully. Disgusted for an item costing so much to be left on a doorstep in the first place. Do not order from here

Appalling. Never received item. Tracking not updated in a month. Refusing to step in and help or issue a refund.
Emails are basic templates with no questions being answered.
Applied for refund via bank as its the only way we'll receive it.

I had issues with not receiving my order in a timely as advertised timeframe despite buying extra V.I.P. service. Took nearly 2 weeks to receive the order, no tracking email sent. Order arrived and gift box was damaged as the whole thing was not wrapped or protected properly for transit.
2nd email I sent to their customer service was ignored.
Every level of service was poor and not what was advertised. They failed to deliver any kind of credible service.
A border line scam. The product itself is cheap and second rate and not as pictured and certainly not worth the price.
I will never use this company again and I will advise other people not to use them either.

Have to say was very sceptical after reading the reviews but ordered the nightlight and it was perfect. Took 2 weeks to arrive so way over the time line but the photo was spot on and I'm really delighted with it

Purchased a leather(?) custom photo wallet in October. By the end of November it was in bits, completely fallen apart. The quality of the wallet and the printing is terrible.
Hate leaving bad reviews, but this one is unavoidable.

If I could leave less I would. The 4-7 business days turned into 22 and the products when they arrived were extremely and I do mean extremely poor and one was smashed to bits. Waiting to hear if I get a full refund but am doubtful that they will contact me back. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I have received an item, fairly quickly, but with the wrong photo on it. After many emails, showing my original photo I uploaded and the product I received with a random family on, I still got standard emails as a response detailing how the image needs to go through lots of production. They are entirely different photos!!! I paid to have a wallet with a random family on!!! They clearly didn’t read my emails. It Was going to be a Xmas present. Awful customer service. Very disappointing.Very sad.

Load of sh#t!!! Don't buy from them. The predicted delivery dates are all wrong. Still not received my products and I ordered it 2 weeks ago and its still in China.

I also had a very different experience. I ordered a Spotify glass plaque before reading up on the company and expected an absolute horror. I ordered on 6th December and it arrived on 15th December in perfect condition. The fact I was expecting a load of rubbish based on these reviews I’m very surprised with the product and extremely happy!

I did see that a fair few mentioned the plaque was all scratched however there is a film casing on the front that is quite difficult to remove as it doesn’t have a tab to pull off like the one on the back. Once both film cases were removed as should be the plaque looks brand new

I had a very different experience from previous reviewers. My custom photo wallet arrived today from France. It arrived within the given time frame, is beautiful quality and the engraved photo is excellent. I immediately ordered a second one.

I am FUMING.
I ordered 2 key rings photo acrylic and the quality was APPALLING!!!! There was scratches all over the acrylic and i could barely see the picture. The quality is terrible!
I am fuming as i paid a lot of money for it to come in this horrible condition.
