SCAMERS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! ORDERED FROM THIS WEBSITE ONLY BECAUSE I READ THAT 10 FEEDBACKS( like from other customers)THE OWNERS MUST BE WROTE THEMSELFES,that’s why there is no photo feedbacks :( WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY,NOTHING LIKE IN A PHOTOS SHOWN IN THEIR WEBSITE.QUALITY IS THE WORST EVER POSSIBLY CAN BE. 2 of my kids looks like a monsters on the wallet :( THIS SUPPOSED TO BE A NICE XMAS GIFT FOR KIDS DADDY AND NOW ITS RUINED!!! Also paid £6.99 for delivery and turns around its NOT UK based but in FRANCE. I will report this website everywhere i can. Tried to write a review in their website but its impossible.I want my money back. This is RIDICULOUS.

I ordered from this website and then saw trustpilot reviews saying that it was a scam and had awful customer service (yes i know I should have done this before ordering) I then panicked and emailed them to request a refund, the customer service is brilliant I got a reply straight away which was professional and helpful, they apologised and explained to me that the making process had already begun and I would be charged a small fee to cancel. I decided that I should continue with the order as the speedy replies gave me confidence that I wasn't being scammed. The wallet came quicker than expected and was better quality than I expected too! I will be ordering from here again!

Absolutely appalling! Paid £22 for a 'Custom Spotify Code Music Acrylic Glass Plaque' of a special song to me and my daughter.
Arrived quite quickly compared to other reviews 8 days but it is absolutely terrible quality....my son could have done better in a school plastic work class!

Thin plastic, rough edges, photo not clear and the stand(s)....2x small plastic 'peg like' stands or a wooden easel which wouldn't look out of place in a dolls house!

No way can I give this as a gift and even if I did, I know 100% it will not be displayed. It's embarrassing 😳

This is a very good product!! well priced and a good birthday present for a loved one!! would recommend buying!

Do not buy! Poor quality and looks nothing like the photo of my two kids my daughter ended up looking like a balding man with a double neck🤦 laughable but very annoying when it was meant as a birthday gift

Would give zero stars if I could ordered a custom wallet for Father’s Day made sure to leave a good couple weeks for product to arrive, still no have emailed numerous times to cancel order and get my money back nothing doing absolute scam

I ordered a gift in February for Valentine’s Day with plenty of time to receive it. It is now April and my order is STILL in transit and have had no contact from this company since my order confirmation.
I am £35 down from this order and I want my money back.
Do not order from this company!

I bought a Spotify nightlight in memory of my dad who passed, I paid a lot for it bearing in mind. When I received it, it was scratched to death, dented and had such bad marks that I couldn’t even see the photo or read the writing. I wrote them a complaint and they sent me a new one for free(which I was grateful for), but this one is equally just as bad. I don’t know how twice now the item has been extremely faulty. I will never buy from you again and would urge others to do the same

I am reporting them to Trading Standards and am waiting on a reply from the Better Business Bureau.
They don’t post the item. It did not arrive. They will not give me the postal company ... instead expecting me to find it!!! They then continuously offer me 30% of my money back and won’t listen to my view point. I have been stolen from. Disgusting.

So I spent a bit of money on this website. Wanted to get some custom things for an anniversary...

Ordered 12/3/21, to this day (28/3/21) there has been no change from "quality inspection" on their tracking. Missing the anniversary completely...as I paid for extra delivery...
Tried contacting them via their online customer service twice, no reply.

I would advise you skip this site.

12 days after ordering my parcel and i still have no further tracking information etc. delivery times are shocking, they are way longer than stated on the website. will not be ordering from here again!

I ordered a wallet for my dads birthday, it arrived 10 working days later and it’s lovely, my dad is really pleased with it!
There was a misunderstanding with delivery which turned out just to be a technical error but the company were good with communication and overall a good experience!

I ordered a personalised moonlamp for my partner for valentines day. The order was placed on 3/2/21. On 11/2/21, the status was still showing as "order placed". I emailed the company, who stated the item took 7-10 days to make and a further 5 days for delivery, after being charged £5.99 for express delivery. Based on their timescales, the item should have arrived around the 20/2/21 but no, it arrived on 11/3/21, after I cancelled the order on 13/2/21 but my email was ignored. I raised a dispute with PayPal before the item arrived and because I'd had to buy a replacement gift. By the time PayPal looked into it, the item had arrived and PayPal refused my claim, leaving me out of pocket. I would have refused delivery but was out so the item was left. I am disguted and annoyed, not only at custom photo wallets but also at PayPal for enabling and supporting horrendous service. The item ordered is OK, better than expected considering the reviews, but I will NEVER order from them again. And as for PayPal, I will only use them when there's no other option available.

Bought a moon lamp from this company paid 8.99 for express delivery and it still took 6 weeks to arrive. The item itself is made from cheap plastic and is disappointing. I paid £45.00 for this cheaply made rubbish don’t bother buying save your money this company is a rip off.

Update: Product was terrible. It came back scratched. DON’T BUY FROM HERE!

My review is the same as many on here. My 15 year old son saved his money to buy a custom watch. It was £30. He put his image on the watch face it fitted perfect so he ordered it and when it finally arrived the picture was up top of the watch face. So we contacted them no reply. Contacted them again they told me to send a photo so I sent 4 pics twice and all I got back was its been done fine enjoy. Not happy at all avoid at all times.

If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely shocking service ordered something from this company paid for express shipping it says 3-5 business days for delivery two weeks it’s taken to coke no updates tracking information nothing I emailed and emailed and got no response, and a week before delivery I got a text from Royal Mail telling me I needed to pay an extra postage charge to receive it because they had only partially paid the shipping costs, it come and it’s not what I expected half the size of advertised I’ve been completely ripped off. And to top it all off my bank has now been compromised with payments to company’s in America i’ve had to cancel my card and wait for the bank to look into it this is the only thing I’d purchased with this card so there’s nothing else it can be, absolutely shocking service please don’t use this company.

Absolutely shocking website. The key ring I ordered came and it is terrible terrible quality and the photos have been stuck to the back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered a Valentine’s gived and paid extra £8.99 for shipping still haven’t received the item ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and the expected delivery was ment to be 3-5 days. I downloaded the shop app to track my delivery but will not let me track I’ve tried getting in touch with the company asking for a refund on the delivery fee still not been back Intouch.

Ordered the item on 30th January and still haven't received the item. It could be a logistic error but unfortunately have not received the item in the allotted time they outlined, not sure if £5.99 is worth fighting for a refund but I wouldn't recommend to use the service.
